Spend your extended holiday vacation in this newly renovated mountain modern, two-level, 3,600 sqr. ft. home is the perfect place for your winter vacation. Only a short five minute drive to Canyons resort for world class skiing, and only 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and resorts in historic Park City and Deer Valley. After a long day of skiing, park in the spacious garage, hang up your ski's and snowboards, dry out your gear in the mudroom, enjoy and apres ski cocktail in the hot tub, a game of ping pong or pool, a cozy meal, and a movie in front of the fireplace. Perfect space for all the kids and adults to have fun and relax.
Main Floor:
Spacious living room with plenty of seating, bar, ping pong and pool table (combo).
Bedroom with queen size memory foam couchbed, tv, dresser.
Bathroom with toilet and shower
Coat Closet
Mudroom perfect for drying out all your snowy jackets and pants from a day of fun out on the slopes.
Cozy family room with fireplace, large flat screen, and lots of seating right off the kitchen.

Large kitchen with oversized fridge and freezer so you can stock up for the whole gang! Wolf range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, charging station, spacious pantry.
Covered Patio right off the family room with heaters, large dining table seats10, and hot tub.
Upstairs:
Large master bedroom, King size bed, dresser, flat-screen Roku tv, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and stand-alone tub.
Kids room with walk-in closet, desk, twin bunk beds, reading nook Papasan chair, tv and DVD player. Room to add an additional twin mattress under the bunk for a makeshift trundle to slide in and out.
Two Guest Rooms:
Queen size beds (Tempurpedic in one room and a Frontgate inflatable with featherbed top in the other). Both with great closet space, flat-screen Roku tv's
Guest Bathroom:
Large countertop vanity with two sinks, linen closet, oversized walk-in shower, and toilet.

Side by side front load washer/dryer, deep sink, and hanging rods.
