Magdalena Cottage on 1/2 acre

Beautiful 1500 sq feet cottage on 1/2 acre. This is a new cabin/ cottage on 1/2 acre. Lots of trees, fire pit, Classic video game with over 80 games. Great for small families. Beds for 6 if needed but perfect for a small family. 3 miles from downtown, 3 miles from Snowbowl. Small pets are allowed for a fee. This is in a very private area surrounded by million dollar homes. Must be 25 or older to rent.There is a separate entrance for 1st floor and second floor.like having to separate apartments First floor up the stairs has a queen bed in master and pullout queen couch in living room. Second floor which you enter thru garage has a queen over full adult bunk bed large studio set up. So if you have young children you might not be comfortable with them sleeping by themselves down stairs.We do charge based on amount of people staying so please enter correct amount of children and adults so we dont have a problem when checking in. Thank you

This property was beautiful. It is located just outside of the main part of town so it is very private and quiet. It was the perfect getaway - just what we needed. The decor is lovely and we really enjoyed the arcade.

Such a comfortable stay. I am so thankful we could bring the dogs. Back of property completely fenced in, even good for a tiny dog with a deck under the trees, they loved it out there and were safe. Upstairs kitchen with bedroom and down stairs bedroom have separate entrances. Down stairs enters through garage just fyi. We had everything we needed. Definitely we would come back. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking in the tall pines.

We had an incredible stay at this Flagstaff cabin! It is truly pet-friendly—the backyard is fully fenced with a secure gate, which made it so easy for our dogs to explore safely while we relaxed. Inside, the cabin was cozy and perfectly stocked. From a full set of dishes and cooking appliances to extra warm blankets, we had everything we needed. Ending our nights by the fireplace was the highlight of the trip. Highly recommend for any dog owners looking for a stress-free cabin retreat!

Fantastic cottage..!! Spacious, comfortable to spread out, very accommodating and well equipped. The serene location amongst the Ponderosa Pines made for a memorable NAU graduation trip. Our dog loved the grounds and enjoyed wandering about. A time to be well remembered..!!

The cabin is perfect for dogs. We had a herd of deer in the yard the first morning we were there. The fireplace is on a thermostat keeping us warm all day. It was centrally located to all the places we visited and explored. Worth every penny. Thank you!

The cottage is set up well for a couple upstairs and kids or other friends with the bunkbeds downstairs. Served us as a nice base for our Flagstaff visit; quiet neighborhood with lots of birds in the trees.

The cottage was comfortable and a really beautiful, quiet location. The upstairs apartment was particularly lovely with a fireplace. It was great to have the fence for the dog. And it was relatively convenient to get to the Grand Canyon at the Petrified Forest, and easy access to fun things in Flagstaff. There were a few things that could be updated or repaired in the cottage, but overall, it was a nice place to stay,
