Beautiful Home With Pool on Acreage!

Located on 20 beautiful acres, this home is the perfect location for any desired vacation. Surrounded by open land and orchards there is plenty of room to roam and enjoy nature, play games in the grass surrounding the home or lounge by the pool. The inside of the home is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. With a large, open kitchen with lots of counter space, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and full size side-by-side fridge and separate freezer it's a dream kitchen for any group.

It's a fantastic location for your own Shelter-in-Place escape. With Wi-Fi throughout the house there's plenty of space to work or do school from home!

Each of the four bedrooms are designed for the comfort of each guest with quality mattresses and bedding. The master bedroom includes a king bed with an adjustable bed frame allowing you to raise and lower the head of the bed to your perfect height. The next guest room has a queen bed with the same adjustable bed frame. On the other side of the house there are two additional guest rooms. One includes a queen bed as well as a twin size day bed with additional pull-out bed below. Alongside that is what we've dubbed the "bunk bed room" which includes THREE bunk beds (two doubles and one triple) giving you 7 beds for a fun slumber party!

There is also a hide-a-bed couch in the living room with a pull out full size bed. Pack-n-play cribs available upon request as well as a highchair if needed.

The four bathrooms all include a spacious shower with one bathroom including a tub and one bathroom including a no-threshold shower with seat and support bars.

And don't forget about the beautiful 20 acres the home is located on! Bring your frisbee, soccer ball or football and enjoy the open fields. Stroll through the olive orchards or up to the old barn. And then enjoy the outdoor BBQ and seating out by the pool. Pool is fully fenced with two lockable gates and no access from inside the house.

There is plenty of parking but no garage or covered parking.

THINGS TO DO NEARBY:
Historic Coloma (Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park) is only 6 minutes away! Enjoy a day exploring the historic gold discovery town or rafting down the American River.

Or find your way 20 minutes up the road to Apple Hill to enjoy the shopping and delicious foods at the local farms and orchards.

And you're only 15 minutes away from Red Hawk Casino and 25 minutes from Folsom Lake or 1.5 hours to South Lake Tahoe!

You can also venture out to the many nearby wineries or up to Placerville to explore and dine.

But whatever you decide to do, you can come home to relax in luxury!

Beautiful property and perfect home for a larger group!

We needed a place with at least 4 bedrooms to fit our family. This home was perfect for us. From the bunk room for the kids to the open floor plan there was plenty of room to move around in. The outside area had 3 great areas for kids to run around on and the pool would be perfect to use in the summer during warmer months. This property is right next to a beautiful wedding venue as well.

Weekend getaway

Perfect property for a relaxing stay! We stayed for my nephew’s wedding at the Sequoia mansion. The house was spacious and well appointed and the location worked out great for our family to all stay together. An easy ride to town for dinner our first night and to the wedding the next.We enjoyed walking the grounds and enjoyed the peaceful location and stunning views.Thank you Sergey and Clara.

Amazing property

Our family always spends time in Placerville visiting Apple hill and friends. We stayed at this property and it was amazing. We will definitely make this home our must stay if it’s available. The home is spacious to give the whole family plenty of room! It would take a whole page to list all the great things about this property!

Weekend Stay

We were in Placerville with our families for the weekend to tour our wedding venue and take engagement photos. It was a hot weekend so it was nice to have the pool to cool off in. Everything was great besides the wifi not working and the propane for the barbecue being empty. Other than that we loved our stay!

A Country Retreat

There is nothing like a quiet, peaceful area to spend 3 days, relaxing and enjoying nature, rest, conversations, games, etc. This place is highly recommended! There is lots of space in the house, well stocked kitchen, large refrigerator/freezer combination, extra oven and dishwasher, so food preparation was a whiz!! There are lots of windows, which we all enjoyed very much. The last evening there we were treated to a lightening show and that was fun to watch on both sides of the house. Instructions were clear for checking in and checking out. One of the staff members (they work in the heart of the City of Sacramento) commented how peaceful it was to take a walk in the olive orchards and not feel someone was lurking behind a tree to scare you. She found this refreshing! The children really enjoyed the yards, playing all sorts of games and make believing. Presently there is a big fire truck parked in the back and the children had a lot of fun having their pictures taken by it. We recommend this place and would highly consider it for another time. The hosts were prompt in getting back to us, which was helpful to know what to pack. Thank you so much for a restful place to go.

Relaxing Stay in Placerville

Wonderful family reunion in Placerville at Sergey & Clara's place. Everything was just like the photos. Kids especially enjoyed the pool and plenty of space for all 35 family members to comfortably mingle for meals. Bedding is a bit soft/mushy in the rooms, would've preferred firmer mattresses. Communication with the host was a bit spotty through VRBO messaging but was fine once we were communicating through text messaging directly. Everything else was fantastic and worked out perfectly for us.

Remote, but relaxing location

If you want quiet, a swimming pool and surrounding olive orchards, this is your place. It's a great place to mellow. The town of Placerville is a 15 minute drive if you want to mingle.

Time of our Life!

My family had an amazing time at this home. It was spacious enough for us to spread out. The outside of the home was just as spacious. The kids played volleyball, they were able to fly kites, they had a picnic and we were able to set up sip and paint for them all outside. We did not turn on the television and told the babies zero screen time this weekend and no one missed it. I asked everyone at the end of our weekend what was their favorite part and they all agreed it was exploring! We’re definitely planning on returning!

This is a beautiful home! It worked great for our large group to gather and spread out while in town for a wedding. The large kitchen made for a great gathering spot. Perfect for extended family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas weekend that the family is still talking about. We were an extended family of 10..... a 72 year old Grandma, three adult couples, three 10-year-old grandkids, and three little Chiuahuas. The layout of the house provides plenty of communal space and a huge kitchen for family activity as well as bedrooms located down opposite wings to allow for a peaceful retreat for those wishing to escape the family chaos for a bit. It was too cold for us to swim, but for families with kids it is good to know that the pool is just outside the main living room/kitchen area with big windows making it very visible for keeping an eye on the kids while working on lunch.... The property is beautiful with lots of room to roam around....and very photogenic for outdoor family pics at sunset. We would highly recommend this property for a perfect family or friends getaway!

Beautiful house & property

Four of us (all adults) + a dog spent a very relaxing three nights here. The house is huge so there was plenty of space to spread out and have down time, but we also spent a lot of time around the kitchen table together enjoying each other's company, playing games, and chatting. The pool was invaluable in the close to 100 degree heat, and we all were swimming or floating multiple times a day! Only being 15 minutes from downtown Placerville also made it easy to run errands like going to the store or picking up takeout for dinner. It was great being able to walk the dog on the property, though beware – there are some very hard, sharp, small seeds (maybe from the star thistle?) all over the ground anywhere that's not landscaped, which kept getting in our dog's paws and embedded in the soles of our shoes. After talking to the caretaker (?) that stays in the small house onsite, we realized we could walk the dog over by the barn and pond, which was much easier on everyone's feet, and it was fun to see what birds were hanging out by the pond in the morning. Overall we had a lovely stay and we all wished we were able to stay longer!

We fell in love with this property as soon as we found it. The house has been a big project that our whole family has worked hard on to get it remodeled to what it is today. But now the house is as amazing as the land it's built on!

What makes this property unique

When visiting this property there is this amazing peacefulness that can be found by not being surrounded by neighbors. Other homes are visible but not close enough to be bothered by. You can play your music, let the kids run wild, run through the fields OR shut it all down and just listen to the birds and the wind as it blows through the trees. It's truly a unique property and set up that allows so many possibilities. And we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
