About this property

2 minutes from the beach and commerce. Space parking private.

Two minutes to the beach and supermarket by car, five minutes by car to the motorway, the house is ideally situated. The villa is in a closed and quiet residence .
The swiming pool (6m x 3,5m x 1,50m) is private and when the stay is more than 3 nights, a person comes to take care of the swimming pool so that the water is of the best possible quality. There is no opposite when you are in the pool or on the terrace.
The north side pergola with table and barbecue allows you to eat outside sheltered from sun. A ladder can be removed to prevent small children from entering the pool without permission.
There is a private parking space and shared parking spaces in the residence.
There is line 2 of the bus which passes 3 minutes from the house and which can take you every day, including late at night, to the beaches or the center of Cannes. The car is still recommended for shopping (8 minutes on foot).
We provide coffee, tea, salt, pepper and products for the dishwasher and the washing machine.
