Two double bedroom apartment with South West facing terrace with view to pool (unheated). 8 minutes walk to the Croisette, beach and close to shops. Air conditioning and heating. WiFi and HD TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Secure underground garage for two cars with elevator directly to apartment. For children: dvds, books, toys and 1 travel cot, 1 booster seat and 1 bed guard. Also books and Dvds and travel information.

Great place to stay in Canne

We really enjoyed our time at this place. It had everything we needed and the air-conditioning was amazing! It was easy to walk to wherever we needed to go from the property. It had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Very comfortable and well equiped apartment, close enough to all of Cannes, with a handy secure parking, and a friendly and accessable manager to assist as required. Will be back.

Wonderful appartment 15 min walk from beach

We had a very nice stay here, thanks to the proximity to the beach and an appartment that felt like home. Claire is a very thoughtful and highly organised land lady, who took care of everything. The appartment is very well equipped and we even had a selection of books and DVDs to browse. Highly recommended! Thanks, Claire!

Perfect place in Cannes

I loved everything about this apartment. It was spacious and clean, and communication with the host was super efficient and helpful. Having a dedicated parking spot was so appreciated. Perhaps the best part was it's location - it felt like both a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while also being only a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of the Croisette, which was great for someone like me who had to work at the Festival. There's also a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Cannes.

Great apartment! Has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Cannes. Highly recommended.

What I really liked about this apartment, apart from many likeable features such as swimming pool, spacious rooms, balcony and two bathrooms, is that you really can feel that it has been equipped by someone who really knows what you need in the kitchen. Sometimes with rental apartments you see that not much thought has been put in into kitchen supplies. Here you have it all. Great place. Would love to return soon!

Toller Aufenthalt und großartige Kommunikation

Die Abwicklung und insbesondere der Kontakt war super. Claire hat per E-Mail auf Frage geantwortet bzw. alle wichtigen Details wenige Tage vor Anreise geschickt. Empfangen wurden wir von Virginie, die uns vorab bereits per WhatsApp kontaktierte. Das Appartement ist wie abgebildet. Es ist hell und groß. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wurde und es war sauber. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 min. Fußweg. Der nächste Intermarche liegt ca. 8 min entfernt und bietet alles, was man braucht zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sagen MERCI.

Härlig och fräsch semesterlägenhet

Bra och snabb kontakt med ägaren. Mycket fräsch och välplanerad lägenhet. Väl utrustad med allt som behövs för att ha en härlig semester. Fin terass. Bra sängar. Lugnt område cirka 20 min promenad från centrum. Bra pool men lite dåligt med sittmöjligheter bredvid. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vecka i lägenheten.

Excellent séjour !

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, aucune surprise ! Climatisation dans toutes les pièces ce qui est fort agréable en août. La propreté est remarquable. Le garage est également un atout important, car il est compliqué de stationner à Cannes. L'appartement est réellement très bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, diverses casseroles, et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner: plaques vitro-céramiques, four, micro-ondes) Claire, la propriétaire est réactive par mail pour tout renseignement. Virginie sur place, est très accueillante. L'unique léger bémol est à mon goût, le trajet à pied un peu long jusqu'à la plage la plus proche Macé. La résidence est vraiment très calme et propre. Nous reviendrons sans doute car le séjour était vraiment excellent.
