200m² house with 3 bedrooms, recently renovated, ideally located between Giverny (Claude Monet), Vernon and La Roche Guyon (medieval keep and Renaissance castle), 45 minutes from Paris by A13 or by train (Gare St Lazare) .

Located at the end of an island, easily accessible by a bridge, the house is set in the middle of a 7000 m² park, bordered on both sides by the Seine.

Superb and quiet environment, 5 minutes from Giverny and La Roche-Guyon. All shops nearby.

Rental possible by the Fortnight or by the month.

Gros soucis de volet

Notre hôte, bien que réactif, n'a pas pu trouver de solution pour nous aider. Nous avons passé un séjour très difficile car deux volets sur trois ne fonctionnaient pas dans les chambres où régnait une véritable fournaise (à l'origine, seul un volet ne fonctionnait pas). Il était donc impossible d'aérer le soir et refroidir les chambres (ou simplement changer l'air). Nous avons dû dormir 4 soirs sur 7 dans le salon avec notre petite fille de 15 mois. La maison reste idéalement placée pour visiter le Vexin et Giverny.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Les chambres sont simples mais la maison possède tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment : une cheminée, une grande cuisine, et surtout un cadre charmant.

Het is een mooie ruime woning op een royaal perceel. Een plek om te genieten van ruimte en rust.

Het is een keurig gerenoveerde royale woning. De woning staat op een groot perceel aan het einde van het eilandje. Je merk er niets van buren. Voorzieningen als een bakker en een supermarkt zijn in het dorp op 10 autominuten. De contacten met de eigenaar (per mail) waren uitstekend. Prima uitvalsbasis voor trips naar de kust en Parijs.
