Perfect on all dimensions

Gorgeous property, both inside and outside. As beautiful as the pictures were, the property was even nicer. Gautier was super, super helpful, and had thoughtful little touches on check in that made it seem like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Absolutely nothing that could be improved!

What A Wonderful House

I have been renting houses in St Maarten for many years, but this was my first trip back since Irma. I was pleasantly surprised by the Islands rebound and was very happy to have rented this particular house. I am an Architect and particular about matters of design; this house is beautifully designed and detailed and the garden area around the pool is exquisite. Most houses are organized around the pool, this one is organized around a lovely garden and the pool area is a few steps away in its own private garden/ terrace area. The house is also very well laid out, equipped and is immaculate. Any questions to Gautier, the owner/manager, were responded to right away. He is helpful, charming and professional. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this wonderful house.

Wonderful

Birthday girls trip with 7 friends and family was a success. Gautier was super nice and easier to contact via whatsapp. So if you book, use the contact number rather. He hooked us up with a great cook Julien. He was awesome!! Such a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous Modern Spa Oasis

The home was better than expected. Impressive design and aesthetic detail. The host, Gautier, was so accommodating and helpful. Next time I’m in Saint Martin, I’ll be sure to book again.

Paradise!

We just recently stayed at this property and what a great time! The pictures shown are good, but the house is even more remarkable in person. The house is just beautiful! The garden and pool really work well together and really make you feel relaxed. You feel like a movie star when you drive through the house gate to the front door. Most importantly is the house is really kept up and is extremely clean. There is a housekeeper that comes out daily in the morning to pick up around the house and make the beds. She was great and very accommodating. In addition there is a gardener that comes out twice a week to keep up with the maintenance on the outside. Gautier the homeowner was great and very accommodating and helpful. When we first arrived he had some chocolates and a bottle of champagne waiting for us which I thought was genuinely nice touch. Gautier really seems to care about his guests and does everything he can to ensure his guest enjoy their time on the island and is very willing to work with you should you have any issues. Gautier has also made sure that you have everything you need in the home. There was not a utensil that I could think of that the house did not already have, there is also a nice espresso machine and a really nice blue tooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music by the pool. I am looking forward to coming back to the island and when we do I am hopeful this property is available. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and enjoy what the island has to offer.

EXCELLENCE

Villa Nuit Blanche was everything we had hoped for... and more. A secluded and gated home inside a guard gated community with no neighbors to interfere with our enjoyment. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the pool, cabana, living areas, bedroom, etc. A little difficult to find because the house numbers are tiny (if there at all.) Gautier was great and so was our housekeeper. Make sure to shop smartly, it's a bit of a drive back to the grocery store... and you won't want to leave.
