Newly built in 2019, located in the Cisco triangle with a 3-minute walk to Cisco Beach, 10-minute bike to Cisco Brewery and 167 Raw and 15-minute bike ride to Bartlett Farm. A rare Nantucket gem boasts breathtaking sunsets, ocean views, lots of windows and glass sliders for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Only 3 miles from town center, this property offers the convenience of town with the serenity of the beach.

Designed by a professional Island architect who thought through every consideration to maximize sunlight, ocean views and functional living. The first floor has an open kitchen, dining concept that flows into a large living room with a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace and a dramatic wall of sliding glass doors that open to a spacious mahogany deck.

Design is modern yet eclectic, creating a fresh, serene beach vibe. Kitchen includes high end, stainless steel appliances, island for gathering/eating and a large pantry.

Sleeping quarters are spacious and private. The master floor has ocean views and a king bed with an en suite bath complete with a steam shower and soaking tub. Additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other has two queen beds and share a large, full bathroom.

Property boasts designer decorating, brand new linens and bedding, central AC, outdoor shower, gas grill, gas fireplace and laundry. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for entertaining.

Great location on a quiet street right across from the entrance to Cisco Beach. House was very nice, the lower level bedrooms were a bit of a surprise, but not an issue.

Amazing location

The house is less than a 10 minute walk down a bike/walking path to Cisco beach which is a beautiful beach. The house was clean and the first floor full of natural light. We loved the outdoor eating area. Two bedrooms are in the basement but the basement is completely finished and with high ceilings and decorated the same as the rest of the house.
