Contemporary house of 120 m2, on two floors, completely renovated in 2019.
The beach of Morgat is 200m walk, and all the shops and amenities of the seaside resort are accessible without taking the car.
The place is very quiet, yet very close to the resort.
The large beach of Morgat is a family beach, ideal for swimming.
A large secure terrace facing south gives access to the garden.
There are three bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with three single beds for children.
The house has two bathrooms, one of which is in the master suite.
One of the double bedrooms has a shower room.
On the ground floor, a large entrance distributes the kitchen and the large lounge / dining room. There is also a fireplace with insert, and wood available.

Beautiful House with garden

We could spend 10 wonderful days in Morgat. The house offers plenty of space and everything was nice and clean. The contact was friendly and straightforward. It made it easier for us that Mr. le B.spoke English very well. I was just a little surprised by the hidden costs for cleaning (90 €)

Thanks for your comment. The exit cleaning is mandatory and due on arrival, like the house linen if you need some, and it's written in the interior rules that you have to read and accept before booking. Nothing's hidden in that case, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und vollständig. Kein Luxus, aber zu 100 Prozent funktional. Man merkt, dass Familien willkommen sind, was sehr symphatisch ist! Auch Familien mit kleinen und sehr kleinen Kindern können hier toll Urlaub machen. Morgat ist sehr schön. Man kann schöne Strandspaziergänge machen. Es lohnen sich aber auch Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung.Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer funktioniert ohne Probleme über SMS oder Whats App.Also klare Emofehlung für Paare bis größere Familien.

Großzügiges Haus in Meernähe

Wir hatten erneut einen traumhaften, entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem netten, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Einige Neuerungen wurden zum letzten Jahr vorgenommen: neue Fernseher, ein neues Sofa und Außenmöbel. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gibt ein großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer, 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Zudem ist der Garten ein Traum! Am Strand ist man in 3 Minuten und das ohne große Steigung, was für meine 80jährige Mutter sehr praktisch war. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft und das Haus so gemütlich.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in super Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit 3 Teenies und einer Seniorin in diesem großzügigen Haus. Ein großer Wohnbereich, eine toll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht (auch Spülmittel, Handtücher, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gewürze, Kaffeemaschine, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank in Garage...) , ein großer Garten mit bequemen Terrassenmöbeln, 2 WCs, 2 Bäder, sehr bequeme Betten... alles genauso wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, ebenso die Lage (5 Min zum Strand). Kurzum: wir haben die 9 Tage sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Excellent séjour pour les fêtes de Noël

Nous avons passés les fêtes de Noël en famille, et la maison a été parfaite. Déjà, nous avons été accueillis avec un magnifique sapin de Noël dans le séjour. Les pièces sont spacieuses, agréables à vivre. Les chambres grandes. Et surtout la cuisine est super bien équipée, comme à la maison. Moi qui avait un repas de réveillon et un repas de Noël à préparer, j'ai été très agréablement surprise. Tous les ustensiles étaient là, tous les plats nécessaires, même une balance de précision pour les gâteaux. Rejoindre le bourg de Morgat et la plage à pied est un plus très appréciable. Je recommande chaleureusement cette maison, pour son emplacement et la qualité de sa prestation.

Hervorragend für Familien

Wir haben das schöne und gut ausgestattete Haus mit dem großen Garten sehr genossen. Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Ein Kinderstuhl, Kinderbett und Kindergeschirr und sogar Spielzeug waren gerichtet. Das Haus ist geräumig, im Garten viel Platz um sich aufzuhalten. Der Strand ist in Fußnähe. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort sind sehr gut. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Perfect Place for families

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit im Ferienhaus von Eric. Ideal für Familien mit zwei Kleinkindern. Der große Garten und die Nähe zum Strand machen Spaß. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Korrespondenz mit Eric war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Peu de choses à ajouter par rapport aux autres commentaires trés positifs. Maison agréable, bien équipée et très bien située à Morgat: à 2 pas de la plage, 10 minutes à pieds du club nautique pour les enfants et de superbes randonnées à pieds ou en kayak. On a particulièrement apprécié le mobilier de jardin.

Maison correcte

La maison est proprement aménagée. Très bien équipée et accueillante. Très très bon emplacement situé non loin de la plage et des commerces. Tout peut être fait à pied et sans les inconvénients des fronts de mer. Beau jardin et largement suffisant pour les enfants. Voisinage agréable également.

Maison très bien placée a quelques minutes a pieds de la plage et des commerces de morgat. Emplacement parfaitpour rayonner sur toute la presqu’île. Maison tres bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire notamment avec des enfants en bas age. Je recommande a 100%

Séjour parfait à Morgat
