Superb Cotinarde house entirely renovated and tastefully furnished. 200m from the Cotinière beach, 400m from shops and the lively town centre. 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, another side garage with a 140 bed and a last bedroom with 2 single beds. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso available. Close to all amenities, yet set back from the road, providing this little piece of paradise with real assets for tailor-made holidays. Cycle paths 50m away. No opposite neighbours, 3 parking spaces. No wifi but 4G box. You will only regret one thing, not being able to stay longer!
