1 bedroom with double bed in 160cm for 2 people - SEA VIEW -
1 kitchen equipped and fitted, induction hob 2 fires, combined oven grill/ microwave, refrigerator -
1 bathroom with sink, shower, WC -
Private parking. Electric heating. TV. Washing machine.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...). Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

Superb environment, in the mythical Château de Trestraou, overlooking the bay and the fine white sandy beach of Trestraou. Casino, cinemas, restaurants, mini-golf along the beach at 200m walking distance. Departure from Trestraou for the path of customs officers (pink granite chaos, Ploumanac'h "favorite village of the French") and stars of the 7 islands.
