Stone house in a very quiet hamlet near the bay of St Brieuc 800m from the beach comprising on the ground floor a large living room with sitting area television wifi, open kitchen fully equipped, a bathroom and separate toilet, a rear kitchen with washing machine and dryer, a small veranda overlooking a courtyard terrace covered with a pergola with garden furniture and barbecue. Upstairs 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 and a bed 90, a room with 1 bed 2 places in 140 and a corner bed 120. Possibility of baby equipment Very well located, on site: hiking, beach, riding, 6km Pléneuf Val André with: casino, golf, spa, shops. 1 hour from Mont St Michel, Paimpol or Perros Guirec, 45 minutes from St Malo, Dinan and Dinard or Cap Fréhel
