Our home is waiting for you! Wonderful setting on a quiet st. This well- maintained home offers 2 king master suites, making it perfect for 2 couples! The bunk room with a full bed, and 2 upper twins is great for the kids. And, all bedrooms are separate from each other! The entire home is comfortably furnished, and is very well stocked to meet all of your vacation needs. Paper goods, soaps, laundry needs, kitchen staples--all provided for your comfort!
Enjoy the screened pool, and private dock, pedal boat, and gorgeous views out over the water! Just 10 min. by boat to Charlotte Harbor! Your friendly, non-aggressive dog is welcome too! Just 10 minutes by car to Downtown Punta Gorda with fabulous waterfront restaurants and shops! Fisherman's Village, only 15 minute drive, offers boating and fishing excursions. Airboat ride to get a closeup look at the gators is right up the Peace River. Beaches in close proximity include Boca Grande, Englewood, and Venice (dog beach, too!).

Wonderful Home

This is the most well stocked and guest friendly place we have stayed. The location is nice and quiet with plenty of stores and restaurants a short driving distance away. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. My family would definitely stay here again.

Million Dollar View

This was probably the most well-equipped rental that we have vacationed in. It had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area was great, and we enjoyed some spectacular sunsets and even one Spacex launch from the dock. We highly recommend this VRBO if you are coming to SW Florida.

Excellent property in Port Charlotte

We enjoyed our stay so much in November that we booked this property for our April vacation. The hosts are wonderful. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean throughout, very comfortable beds, new appliances. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing home with warm pool and a view!

We loved staying here! The home was well situated for travel to nearby towns. Lots to see and do! The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking and plenty of local restaurants. The home was extremely clean and plenty of bathroom and pantry items. Our dogs loved all the toys that were there for them. The pool was warm and well-maintained. The view from the lanai, dining area, and main bedroom was of a beautiful river with frequent bird sitings and even a dolphin! We would stay here again.

Hi! We are Rick and Lora, and we are originally from the Parma, Ohio area. We currently reside in North Fort Myers, so we are nearby if needed. We've stayed in many VRBO'S, and think we have a good feel for what guests want! We keep the home well stocked, well equipped, and very clean! We have frequented Southwest FL for many years, and are pleased to now own a home there to retreat to and share with others!

Why they chose this property

We vacationed in the Fort Myers area when we were kids, and both our sets of parents retired to the area in the 1980's. We continued our vacation experiences with our kids, and now our grandkids! We've always loved the Gulf side of south Florida, and now we get to live here! We never tire of this area! We enjoy the proximity to Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda, Ft. Myers, Venice and Sarasota.

What makes this property unique

We love the floorplan of this home, and the roominess of the layout. While the home is not ADA compliant, it is handicap-friendly. There is easy access with 4 inch thresholds, step in shower in both of the master suites, along with grab bars and a raised toilet in one master. In the living room is a wonderfully comfortable, fully adjustable power lift chair. The dining table is counter height, seats 10, with plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles!
We also have some baby equipment- pack 'n play, bedding, bed rail, booster seat, kid's dinnerware, and toys and games.
