We welcome you with pleasure in this newly renovated apartment, adjoining our property.

GUIDEL
Guidel is a small village located in land and sea. You can discover the pleasures of water sports such as surfing and kitesurfing, but also make nice walks in the forest or along the river "La Laïta". And to end this day, what better than to enjoy a pancake or seafood feet in the water!
On Sunday morning, you can walk to the market (7 min), a must-see rendez-vous of the guidelois to enjoy the delights of Breton gastronomy.
The beach is 4 km, by road, or by small paths if you prefer to go by bike.
We will be happy to advise you on local activities and restaurants.

EQUIPMENTS:
On the ground floor you can enjoy:
- living room with sofa and TV
- an equipped kitchen area with gas hobs, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and dishwasher;
- a dining area with table and chairs
- a shower room and WC with a washing machine and drying rack
- cupboard with vacuum cleaner and mop;
- a private garden and terrace, facing south, with armchairs, table, chairs and barbecue.

On the 1st floor, you will have:
- a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers;
- a bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm, two bedside tables, a large closet, a laundry basket, a board and an iron;
- a baby barrier to prevent falls on the stairs.

SERVICES
- All our guests can enjoy free WIFI.
- Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge of 20 € per room, adjustable on site. Please inform us in advance if you wish to take advantage of this service.
- We provide two adult bikes and a lock for free.
- Our guests also have the opportunity to rent surf equipment on site.
