Nestled in the quiet Polynesian Gardens neighborhood, the villa offers shady streets, a clubhouse, private dock, and a well kept pool. Steps from the Polynesian Gardens dock, you can enjoy fishing or watch a stunning sunset. The villa is a short walk to nearby beaches, Crescent Beach Access is just half a mile south, and Siesta Beach is under a mile north. The white sand shoreline stretches from Point of Rocks to Siesta Beach Pavilion and on to Siesta Village.

Pleasant stay

Nice one floor property. TV streaming was not fun for the most part. Finding local live and national live network news was virtually impossible; we'd always look but could not find. Streaming movies was fine and enjoyable but not live cable tv (frustrating). Otherwise we enjoyed the property. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay and would like to provide the following feedback: There is black mold on several HVAC registers and the ceiling in the MBR above toilet and dressing area The gas grill was left filthy and required significant effort to clean before using. It should be refurbished or replaced. The AC does not adequately cool There is black mold on the HVAC registers and on the MBR bathroom ceiling above the toilet MBR TV is not set up for streaming. Need non-skid mats in showers Need hanger/hook on back of guest bathroom door

Super cute Siesta Bungalow

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this well appointed property near Crescent Beach. It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Beach chairs & towels are provided. The lanai is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or first thing in the morning. The backyard is private and the community pool is a few steps away. Perfect for our family of 4.
