BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
Snowbird guests staying over the course of multiple months are required to pay a fee of $50 per month for parking passes.

• PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Good place, beach access, two pools. Comfortable and convenient to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley, and Pensacola. We would stay again and recommend.

Great stay at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club

We had a great stay! The condo was the perfect size for four adults and one child. The property was well maintained and easy to find very close to alot of amenities, groceries and local eating options. Only complaint was the weather. Would suggest adding a stock pot to the kitchen for seafood boils.

We had a great family stay for Spring Break. The apartment was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of appliances and kitchen items available to cook when you arent eating the delicious local eateries. I would suggest adding a Stock pot for seafood boils. It was an easy walk to the beach two pools were available. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo! It was perfect for our needs and nicely decorated. We especially liked the the convenience of parking near the room/elevator and the quietness of the area. The pool area was nice and clean. I highly recommend Beachball Properties and this particular condo to anyone who is interested in more of a laid back lifestyle at the beach!

Hotel like

The condo had a great supply of dishes and cookware but not enough towels. They were small, white, cheap hotel towels. Being near the beach, adequate towels would be a bonus. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Nice location. The view from the balcony felt a bit misleading. I've machine in freezer did not work, and maintenance never responded even after leaving a voicemail. Condo was nicely furnished. It's a bit of a walk to get to the beach because you have to walk around another building and pool.

Decent stay overall

Overall our stay was fine, upon check in there were several small cleanliness issues and the furnace when it ran, was extremely loud. It made it challenging to hear other people in the condo. It did have a few upgrades and the couch was very comfortable. Customer service was great, the condo just needed to be cleaned a bit better and a few more updates are needed.

Not Thoroughly Clean

The bed comforters had stains on them, there were ants all over the ground in the living room, footprints on the bathroom wall, etc. Definitely not worth the cost of staying there.

Great location

The location was great! The beach access was a few steps away. There were also great restaurants nearby. Unfortunately our time at the beach was chilly and rainy but there were still plenty of activities in the area to keep us entertained. We had an issue with the washing machine but maintenance responded quickly when I contacted management. I hope the owners will replace the mattresses (they had obvious dips in them and I slept on the couch for half of our stay) and all of the bedding. The comforter in the smaller bedroom was stained and housekeeping delivered a “replacement” of the thick, fluffy comforter with a coverlet that could have been mistaken for a table cloth. The rest of the space was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

It was terrible. 0/10 recommend. The front door is broken and so is the air. The air temperature was at 76 the whole time with extra air conditioners. They knew the air was broken before we got there because they already had the extra air units there. The AC guy came and said the whole AC unit needed to be replaced. They rented to us knowing the air was broken but never fixed it. The window was closed with tape and there was a big hole in the window.

I was really disappointed. When we arrived the Kitchen Cabinet Door was hanging off, opened the Refrigerator and the bottom holder was broken and fell off when we opened the door. I called and reported it and Maintenance came within 15 minutes. I then had to call again because the bathroom had not been cleaned and had dirty washcloths hanging on shower head. They never sent no one back to clean bathroom so we had too. I will not use this rental agency again!!

I will never go back to Sea side Racquets resort again!! First we had to pay for additional parking when we where told that we would have to parking passes, second the dishes where dirty when we went to use them, The master bathroom bed was broken. We didn’t have a mirror in the master bathroom. The 2nd bathroom towel rack was on the floor upon arrival. The elevator has been out of date since January of this year.. No one seems to care because it has been brought up several times and it is still out of date!! The dumpster was full from the time we got there to the time we left, making it hard to throw trash away .

However, several of the items you stated in the review deserve clarification. Construction and parking issues was listed in the description during the time of construction. It has been completed now. We have not control over parking spaces, elevators, or the pool. The elevator is functioning properly and has not been down since January. There is a mirror in the bathroom, the towel rack is on the wall. That is on the building manager. We passed along you concerns to them. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

Needs Attention to Details

We enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach but upon arriving at the property, we noticed that the bedding was stained and very worn. The property management offered to drop off clean linens the next day, but we had already washed all of the bedding ourselves. There were many details that have been overlooked including the showers didn't drain, the shower liners needed to be replaced, the bedding and pillows were stained and the stuffing was coming out, the couch was very worn, the bed mattresses were worn and the cable didn't work in the bedrooms. We emailed the property management after checking out, but they never responded to our email. We spent a lot of money for the 5 days and would encourage the property owners to re-invest into the condo. Disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the condo.

Worth the value

With most places charging too much, this place was worth the price I paid. A longer walk to the beach than I prefer and not a great view of the ocean but for a place to stay and not have to drive to a public access point, it was nice. Elevator wasn't great. Only on 2nd floor so wasn't too bad but hard to get groceries and heavier luggage up. Will consider staying again depending on other options and prices.

Overall ok

The ad for the property talks about the renovation it had gone through. The renovation was not very recent and the couch was badly worn out. Other than that my stay wasn’t terrible. It would have been helpful to know how to find the building where our condo was located.

Wonderful

Condo was great, clean and comfortable. I only have one complaint. I was given a password for internet but there was none.for my condo. I was able to access unsecured networks nearby but quality was sporadic. I would still reccomend this place and stay again in the future.
