This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Orange Beach provides a wonderful oasis for relaxing, watching the sunset over the gulf, and enjoying a fine meal with friends or family. Centrally located close to multiple restaurants, shops, family fun attractions and grocery stores - you'll be spared any long drive times when you decide to venture out beyond the condo and its amenities. Accommodating up to a total of 8 guests, your group will have plenty of room to enjoy your escape trip to the beach when you stay at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 3804!

Inside this 8th floor condo, you'll find a bright, airy atmosphere that welcomes you with a beachy vibe! The living room features access to a private balcony directly overlooking the white sand and shimmering water below, giving you the perfect spot for some morning coffee or evening wine. The living room also provides a queen sized sleeper sofa and a side chair to lounge in while you browse your favorite shows on the satellite tv or connect to the free Wi-Fi. In the kitchen, you'll find sleek, granite counters and all the necessary equipment to make your favorite meals and snacks. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The dining area has a 4 chair table set and 3 bar stools along the counter height bar so that your group can chat over lunches and dinners together!

After you've lounged pool side or played in the waves to get your fill of sun and sand, there are two bedrooms to retire to. The master bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a tiled shower, while the guest bedroom provides a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin bed. In the guest bathroom, there's a tub/shower combo. Rinsing off the day's sand, relaxing and resting up for another day of adventures will be a breeze!

Outside of your home away from home, you will have access to all of the amenities provided by the Seaside Beach & Racquet Club complex. Guests are provided private boardwalks to the beach with an outdoor shower area to wash away the salty sand before retreating inside. If you'd prefer to avoid the sand on the beach, you can enjoy the two outdoor pools or heated indoor pool. To work up a bit of sweat, you can visit the fitness room, steam room/sauna, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club consists of five buildings located along the beach in Orange Beach. The first digit of each room number corresponds to its building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are positioned nearest to the tennis courts and do not feature Gulf views. Building 3 provides a stunning panoramic view of the Gulf, while Buildings 4 and 5 offer beautiful partial or angled views of the Gulf of Mexico.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement Must Be Signed to Receive Check-In Information

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the guard shack and must be purchased upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may purchase the parking pass when they're open in the morning. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
