Luxury 8 bedrooms. With it's own home theater, game room, two living room areas, private pool, BBQ and parking space for two cars.
First floor you will find two bedrooms with king bed one of the bedrooms included a private bathroom with a shower and a tub. The rest of the bedroom will be on the second floor with a loft area. Laundry and theater are located on the second floor.

Guests can experience the bliss of a luxurious private villa and explore all the world-famous attractions of Central Florida. Guests will have memorable experiences at this dreamy vacation home. Luxuriously decorated, its design incorporates modern and contemporary chic aspects. This comfortable, private villa accommodates up to 16 guests.

Its exclusive location in the Kissimmee area gives easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can explore nearby shopping malls, restaurants, nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment options too! Guests are within minutes of world-famous attraction parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
Featuring accommodation with a private pool, The Retreat at ChampionsGate is located in Davenport. The air-conditioned accommodation is 22.4 miles from Winter Haven.

The villa also offers a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge, as well as a hairdryer.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.

The Game room were 2 items one did not work. And a lot of the light switches didn't work any lights and the TV remotes don't work only one worked. couldn't get the movie projector work.

This was my first stay through VRBO, so I don’t have much to compare it against. The property looks as listed, with some additional signs of use (minor furniture stains, worn carpet), but it was clean. The booking process and host communication was easy enough.

The Place was overall nice and as seen on listing. The internet was very bad, The couch needs to be replaced it was really stained up, The water pressure in showers was very week, They dont provide enough towels for each upstairs room, They leave only 1 garbage bag in kitchen.

Pretty good - Needs some updates

Kitchen, pool and spa were great. Bedrooms were good but mattresses were iffy. Need documentation on TVs, we figured them out but kinda bulky. No channel guides on TVs in bedroom. Carpet needs replaced. Just 3 pool chairs and a couple are broken. Couple of theatre chairs need some work but were usable. I would rate 3.5 out of 5.

Overall a nice stay minus the heating of pool /hot tub

Property manager were responsive when we pointed out we did not have proper cooling pan and delivered us new pan later that day. The only minus we pay almost $200 to heat pool and hot tub and it never got hot. Communicated with management about it but nothing was done.

Vrbo has this property as a third party, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! We booked this home bc the property before (in ChampionGate) canceled on us 3 days before our trip!Will never use again! Horrible experience from start to end. Communication is key when you’re staying out of town and trying to get information on the property/amenities, issues, etc. and it was horrible having to email and wait hours, if not a whole 24 hrs for a response. Big home, great for a big family, however the house needs a lot of TLC. We did not have our heated pool on when we got there, took 2 wasted days to get it “added”. Waited a whole 3rd day and it still not heat. We still got charged for not being able to use the heated pool. The projector in the movie room did not work at all, ripped screen in the pool area along with a piece of glass in pool, chipped hot tub area that could cause serious injury, and broken pool chairs. The house did not come equipped with bath/pool towels, pots and pans were cheap and did not cook well, missing shelf in fridge. There were several lamps that did not work in the bedrooms which made it hard to see at night. The BIGGEST disappointment with this property…there were ROACHES!!Very disgusting & extremely disappointing especially because of the price we paid for this stay! We emailed the property management company (literally more than 100 times) and took hours if not a day to get a response back and no action taken on our issues. Do not rent through Champion Gate

Renter Beware

We encountered several significant issues with our rental at 9045 Stinger Dr. During the week of Dec 26-30, 2022 and highly encourage others to book elsewhere! 1. The pool and hot tub were cold. We were told that the heat was on and we needed to give the pool and hot tub time to give it time to heat up. It became clear that there was something further going on with the pool as the water was not circulating nor was it getting any warmer. We repeatedly asked for someone to be sent out to service the pool. The pool was never addressed and we were unable to use it the entire week. 2. The TV in the theatre room was not operational. The management company sent us some troubleshooting instructions which we followed. The troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. The management company agreed to send someone to inspect/repair the TV but no one ever came to the house. The TV in the theatre room still does not work. 3. The irrigation pipes in the front yard near the main door of the home are exposed and protruding from the yard. This is a hazard that caused my 70 year old father to trip and fall. Luckily he is fine but this is a safety issue that should be addressed immediately. 4. Beyond these 3 main issues, the house in general is not as advertised. General maintenance issues abound: - This is an 8 bedroom house that is advertises as capable of sleeping 16. There are not enough pots and pans to cook for even half that many people. - The carpet is filthy dirty. - The furnishings are minimal and extremely cheap. The bolts in the dining room chairs are loose and the chairs are falling apart. - The manual deadbolt on the front door does not operate properly. Please save yourself the aggravation and book elsewhere. The management company, Orlando Short Term Rentals, was horrible to deal with and the house is not as advertised.

The home was not available until 7:30pm and when I asked for pool to be heated as compensation I was told no. Neighbors were loud and shooting fireworks at 1am. Home was clean but refrigerator door was broken.

My experience with this vacation rental house was amazing, it was time well spent I enjoyed the relaxation the most. The house was so clean & nice. Only thing I didn’t like was their isn’t a garbage can outside so there was nowhere to sit the trash & I didn’t like that but other then that I will definitely be renting this house again in the near future

The house was all expected from the images online only thing I would say I didn’t like and was no acceptable that the bed linens were not clean and had not been changed when you pull the covers back you could see hair and lint residues from the previous guess also found a bug possibly a bedbug on one of the beds
