Completely renovated house of 103m² located in a residential area, left bank of Concarneau, on an enclosed plot with south-facing terrace. Very quiet location about 600m from the beaches of Pointe du Cabellou and 3km from the port of Concarneau. Car park. Supermarket 2min by car. Ideal place to enjoy walks on the coastal paths and nautical activities.

Grande maison entre ville et plage

La maison est située dans un lotissement tranquille, proche de plusieurs petites plages. La ville close de Concarneau est accessible par bac. La maison est spacieuse avec 4 belles chambres, salon, salle à manger et cuisine moderne. L'extérieur est très agréable et bien équipé, sauf pour les chaises longues car actuellement il y a 2 transats pour une capacité de 8 personnes. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour, à conseiller.

Das Haus ist echt schön und sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut und mit 4 Schlafzimmern ist Platz für eine große Familie. Küche mit offenen Esszimmer sind ebenfalls praktisch. Auch der direkte Ausgang zum Garten ist praktisch. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan ...haben uns abends spät noch empfangen Der Weg zum Strand sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Aber man muss mit dem Auto bis in die Innenstadt fahren. Wir haben die Umgebung erkundet und kommen gerne wieder.
