Großes Haus mit viel Platz und Stauraum. Großer Garten mit Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten und Apfelbäumen. 15 Gehminuten zur Ville Close inklusive kurze Fährfahrt, 1 Euro pro Person. Toller Bäcker in der Nähe. Concarneau war super!

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, gute Lage, ruhig
Wir waren im Juni 2023 für 2,5 Wochen in Concarneau und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das liegt zu einem großen Teil an der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Wohnsiedlung mit EFH. Es ist vollständig und gut landestypisch eingerichtet. EG großes WZ/EZ, OFF. Küche, Badezimmer. (Dusche + Wanne, sep. WC, Schlafzimmer (140 cm Bett). (1. Et. 2 Schlafzimmer + Bad). Garage mit Platz für eigenes Equipment (Fahrräder, Radträger, Vorräte). Es gibt einen Kugelgrill (Holzkohle) und auf der Terrasse 1 runden Esstisch mit Stühlen, eine kleine "Loungeecke" mit 2 Sesseln, Bank und Tischchen. Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Ceranfeld, Ofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank, TK-Schrank, klassische Kaffeemaschine (etwas in die Jahre gekommen, weswegen wir lieber die Nespresso-Kapselmaschine genutzt haben). Der Garten liegt nach Süden, wir hatten ab ca. 11 Uhr bis 21 Uhr Sonne. Zur Beschattung gibt es eine elektrische Markise. Alle Rollläden im Haus sind ohnehin elektrisch. "Strategisch" gesehen liegt das Haus sehr günstig. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 10 min. zur Fährstation der "Bac de Passage" (3 min. Überfahrt in die nette Altstadt "Ville Close", 1 Euro pro Tour/Person). Oder zu Fuß / per Rad durch den echt interessanten Hafen (Werften, Fischverarbeitung) ca. 30 min. bzw. 15 min. in die Stadt. Mit dem Auto 15 min., kostenfreie Parkplätze! Supermarkt 4 Automin., Minimarkt 3 min. zu Fuß, 3 Bäckereien fußläufig. Insgesamt können wir das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen!

Angenehmes Haus in Toplage
Das wirklich gut ausgestattete Haus liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Man erreicht die ständig verkehrende Fähre zur Ville Close in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß oder in ca. 20 Minuten, wenn man durch den Hafen spaziert. Der freundliche Vermieter hat uns zu Beginn alles gut erklärt. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit 2 sonnigen Sitzplätzen, und bei nicht so schönem Wetter, kann man es sich drinnen auch sehr gemütlich machen. Es ist geräumig und vor allem auch Küche und Bad bieten viel Platz. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe oder man fährt in ca. 5 Minuten zum großen Supermarkt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
