We want to give you our own 5 star remarks because of your wonderful way that you were taking care of our property. Our cleaning crew thought you were angels from heaven and so appreciated the way the house was left after your stay. A thousand thank yous, and you're always welcome in our property.
We come up to that area of the Kenai Peninsula every June for fishing. The house was perfect! The kitchen is stocked with every utensil needed if you cook a lot, comfortable beds, 2 good bathrooms, lots of towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc. The host is always available to help or answer questions. We're all adults, but the house is also a perfect place if you have little children!!! Thank you for a great stay!!!!
Loved how quiet and pleasant this house was. The house is laid out perfectly, well equipped for a family and great owners to work with. Our experience was excellent. On top of that had a great fishing experience and loved our time away at this home. Saw a mother moose with 2 babies out the back window. You will not be disappointed.

Nestled off a beautiful and quiet treed area just off the Sterling hwy, a little south of Bings landing (our favorite fishing spot) and less than 20 minutes north of the town of Soldatna, we couldn’t have found a better location. My guests and I found the place exceptionally clean and well stocked (toiletries, detergents etc) with everything you might need (including a landing net for river fishing) The heated garage and storage freezer were also a big plus for us.
The place exceeded my expectations and
I give it 5 stars. Thx again Ron

As you discovered when you arrived up here on the Kenai, we are a friendly bunch. We were very happy you enjoyed this large house for its comfort and abilities to sleep the whole crew and family. We really get out of the normal vacation rentals situation and make it a great vacation rental instead with all the amenities we can do for our guests. Thank you for coming and staying with us and maybe we will see you again. Ron and Katya
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property the first week of August 2022. It is only 10+ minutes outside of Soldotna. The property (outside & inside) was immaculate and very comfortable. Having an upright freezer in the garage was perfect for keeping our sockeye fillets frozen solid. Communication with Curt & Ron was always friendly and helpful. This was a five star experience and I cannot think of a better place to stay with family if you plan on visiting the Kenai Peninsula.
Regards,
Troy

Thank you

We had a great time. Ron was a wonderful host, and Kurt (owner) was an incredibly kind neighbor. We enjoyed the fire outside. The house was stocked- much better than we knew. There were several things we didn't need to buy. Ron checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed and were setup with good guides that worked for us. The house was extremely well maintained- nothing like what I expected. The location was great- not far from any of the great fishing spots. Ron was especially helpful in letting us borrow several coolers for our deep sea fishing. We would definitely come back if it was open and worked for the size of our group.

We loved having you for your stay with us. Every amenity is provided for you convenience and we enjoy sharing our Little Piece of the Park.
My family of 8, absolutely loved the location. The property is really right where all the "River Fishing" is. We made some quick day trips to Exit Glacier, Seward and Halibut Fishing in Homer. We fished Russian Falls and Kenai, had a blast. The home was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Ron was very hospitable and extremely helpful with all his local knowledge.

Our Journey to the Kenai River: A Tale of Love, Exploration, and Homecoming
As a Montana native and my wife hailing from Donetsk, Ukraine, our journey together over the last 25 years has been a testament to love, adventure, and the pursuit of a dream. Celebrating a quarter of a century of marriage, we've been incredibly fortunate to find and make our home on this prime piece of Kenai River property, embodying the essence of the Alaskan spirit we've grown to cherish deeply.
Our path to this beautiful estate wasn't swift; it was a deliberate quest that spanned over a decade. We searched tirelessly across the Kenai Peninsula for a place that felt like it was truly meant for us—a place where we could envision spending our golden years. This pursuit was driven by more than just the desire for a scenic backdrop; it was about finding a location that resonated with our souls, where the serene beauty of nature and the vibrant wildlife could serve as daily reminders of life's incredible wonders.
Having now called this place home for so many years, we reflect on our decision with no regrets, only gratitude. Our life here, on the brink of retirement, is everything we hoped for and more. The Alaskan lifestyle, with its promise of tranquility, adventure, and the raw beauty of the wilderness, has been more rewarding than we could have ever imagined.
This property isn't just land to us; it's a culmination of dreams, a sanctuary where we've spent nearly a decade of our lives, and a testament to our journey together. Living here, we've embraced the rhythms of the Kenai River, the changing seasons, and the wildlife that shares our space, enriching our lives beyond measure.
As we continue to build our life here, each day is a new chapter in our ongoing adventure in Alaska. Our love for this place and for each other only deepens with time, solidifying our belief that we found the perfect spot to spend our forever in the majestic wilds of the Kenai Peninsula.
