Shops and market (Tuesday morning) 2 steps from housing.

At the end of the canal du midi and at the edge of the pond of Thau, Marseillan is ideally located to visit the region!

déçu

accès difficile, stationnement voiture éloigné, chambre sombre et peu aérée, salle d'eau avec WC sur environ 3 mètres carrés ! cout trop élevé, annoncé à 60€ en prix moyen sur le site Abritel et en réalité à 91€ soit +50% (en jour de semaine au mois de mai !) C'est le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel et il reste à faire le ménage en partant. A ce prix on trouve des chambres d'hôtes avec petit déjeuner et ménage compris et avec un accueil personnalisé et non une boite à clé le classement en "site exceptionnel" sur Abritel est difficilement compréhensible

Nous sommes désolés de constater que vous n’avez pas apprécié votre séjour chez nous. Néanmoins, rien n’est caché dans l’annonce, vous avez choisi un studio de 20m2, il est donc logique que la salle de bain ne soit pas grande (visible sur les photos de l’annonce). Le cœur du village n’est pas facile d’accès en voiture, nous le specifions également dans le descriptif et conseillons de venir à pied. Concernant le tarif, ce sont les frais du site qui gonfflent la note, car nous n’encaissons que 60€ sur cette nuit! Le service de la boite à clé est très apprécié par les voyageurs voulant gagner en liberté et garder leur autonomie, mais si vous vouliez être accueilli, nous l’aurions fait avec plaisir, comme à chaque fois que nous rencontrons nos hôtes ☺️. Nous ne somme pas un hôtel, mais faisons au mieux pour faire passer un bon moment à nos hôtes, peut-être qu’effectivement, en ce qui vous concerne, vous n’avez pas choisi la bonne formule😉. Au plaisir de vous faire changer d’avis !

Ce fût un super séjour dans ce studio propre et fonctionnel. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et l’hôte est très réactive et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons sans problème :)
