AQUITAINE DORDOGNE PERIGORD BLACK GITE IN QUIET

At the crossroads of Périgord Noir (Dordogne) and departments Lot and Corrèze, our house for 6 people is located in plain nature, a few minutes from the hamlet "VALEILLE" near "BORREZE", on a plot of 4500 m2 not closed . The main entrance is on the ground floor, through a veranda which gives access to the fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), to the main living room opening onto a large terrace, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC and a 3rd bedroom upstairs. Washing machine and freezer are in the garage. A large outdoor area will allow you to take your meals in the shade of old oaks. This environment will fill you!
