Thank you for visiting Dare to Dream, a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath beach house on a deep canal with a new in-ground salt water swimming pool.

This deep water canal with dock and ladder is perfect for boating, fishing, crabbing, or just hanging out by the water! Great lot with fence and room for yard games and play area. Large deck perfect for entertaining and upper deck (Widow's Peak) for catching the late evening sunset. Home has been recently renovated to include: new kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, and tile backsplash. Bathroom renovations include: new tub/showers, new toilets and new vanities. Bedrooms are spacious with all new bedding including sheets and pillows. Master bath has a huge tiled shower with glass surround and dual vanities. This beach home is just .3 miles to public beach access with golf cart and car parking; and a quick bike ride to the center of Ocean Isle Beach where you will find several restaurants, shops, mini-golf, ice cream, and Ocean Isle's fishing pier! This rental includes linens, bath towels, basic toiletries, kitchenware, coffee pot, washer/dryer, TV, wireless internet, and much much more! Tenants will have access to private storage room for personal beach supplies as well as outdoor shower. We welcome you to share our home and create family beach memories that will last a lifetime!

Patricia grew up on the Gulf coast beaches of Florida before she moved to North Carolina. Having a love for the ocean, she always dreamed of buying a place to visit and make those same memories with her family. Three little ones later, that dream finally came true.
What makes this property unique
Charming house on a quiet street with canal access. Bring your boat or rent one while your here and tie it up directly to the dock. The kitchen was recently renovated and repainted in 2020. The kitchen is equipped with all brand new necessities to make your stay feel like home. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon delight from the captains chairs on the widows peak where you can see a beautiful sunset.
