Three Little Birds Villa is a newly built, family owned, 4 Bedroom Luxury vacation villa situated in the gated community of Silver Sands Estates with infinity pool & stunning views of the Sea. Three Little Birds Villa is only a short stroll away from the most beautiful white sand beach & turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. An authentic Jamaican experience with full time cook and house keeper (laundry and bed service.) Our staff, Angela and Rosie arrive at the Villa each morning to prepare your meals and maintain the house. Laundry service is included as is daily housekeeping and bed service. Guests enjoy their time with our staff who are fun and very accommodating. The villa is beautifully decorated with all of the amenities expected at a boutique hotel. 4 air conditioned spacious bedrooms featuring 2 King sized beds and 2 Queen sized beds, luxury bathrooms with glass showers and quartz vanities, spacious great room with gorgeous cathedral ceiling, 65" big screen TV and walk out covered lounge area, pool and walk up bar. Indoor dining room with traditional stone feature wall, handy servery for morning Blue Mountain coffee and afternoon cocktails and a fully equipped kitchen with center island and walkout to covered outdoor dining area and pool deck. The outside pool deck is bright and sunny with chaise loungers and comfortable outdoor seating for all guests. The infinity pool features a small splash area for younger guests (or older guests who want to soak up the sun in the water). There is a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sea water after your day at the beach. Silver Sands is a gated community with roots dating back to the 1950's. It is located halfway between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay on the popular North coast approximately 40 mins from the Montego Bay airport. This is a premier international location with several repeat guests visiting from Canada, US, UK and Europe each year. Guests love the relaxed vibe and unique experience the property has to offer. The Beach is a soft white sand and the water is clear and warm making it fantastic for swimmers of all ages. There is a small beach bar and patio area with restaurant for guests. In the peak season (Nov-April) there is often entertainment, karaoke and hermit crab races for your enjoyment. Kids and adults alike love the interactive hermit crab races! Food and Drink!

Fresh local seafood including Caribbean Lobster can be sourced and prepared by the staff and is a true treat! Our Chef can prepare wonderful traditional Jamaican dishes such as Jerk Chicken, Rice and Peas, Curry, Jamaica Fried Chicken, the islands national dish ackee and saltfish or any cuisine of your liking. It's your choice. You can ask the cook to "surprise" you with her cooking skills or work with her to plan out your meals in advance. You can personally arrange the details of your meals with one of the TLBV owners who will contact you once you have booked your trip and we will gladly work around your special needs and desires. A fresh produce truck comes into the property daily with locally grown fruits and vegetables that make the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff have great experience preparing food for individuals with food alergies/sensitivities, vegetarian or vegan guests (Google Jamaican "Ital food"). You will not lose weight on this trip :).

Beverages can be ordered in advance of your trip. If you would like a specific brand of alcohol, beer or wine we can find it (Juices, soft drinks, sparkling or flat water as well). The staff can prepare incredible smoothies, juices or daquiries.

Grocery and Alcohol/Drinks expenses are paid by the guests at the end of the trip. The cost is very reasonable especially with larger groups

Security

TLB Villa has excellent security. Silver Sands employs its own private 24 hour security team as well as a gated entry/exit. We suggest that you take the same care with security that you would in your own home. There are safes available in your rooms as well. Your staff will typically close up the villa at night before leaving for the evening.

Transportation

As part of your stay and included in your rate you will be picked up and dropped off at the airport by our trusted and experienced driver Cedric. He will greet you with a sign at the airport and a cold red stripe (or other prearranged beverage) for your short but scenic drive to the villa. Cedric can also be hired to transport you to any day trips or adventures you'd like to embark on.

Local Fun!

If you choose TLB Villa for your next vacation you will find many of Jamaica's biggest and most popular attractions are nearby. These include: tennis, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, world class golf, sailing, helicopter rides, beach horseback rides, great shopping, local crafts, excellent spa's, river rafting, and plantation tours. You can even book your own personal masseuse to arrive at TLB at your convenience. Prices are reasonable and usually negotiable! The villa offers a wide selection of games and books for your enjoyment as well. The Beach Bar offers a nice selection of local rums and specialty drinks and the Grill serves lunch, along with local entertainment a few nights a week!
The Concessions desk also rents, Boogie Boards, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Tennis Raquets and balls, as well as Life Vests!
Or just hang out by the pool or beach. The water is safe for you and the kids. We have spoken extensively with the locals and fisherman they have NEVER seen any sharks inside the reefs. Bring your own masks, fins and snorkels........
