Beautiful spacious architect designed house near San José in the ‘Cabo de Gata Natural Park’.

The house is situated in ‘Las Presillas Bajas’, a small pueblo of white houses lying on the slopes of an old volcanic crater. From the house you are overlooking the sea, terraced hills, and the highest mountains of the natural park.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite.

Upstairs is very light and airy; it consists of a split level bedroom. On the upper level is the sleeping area that has French windows leading onto a terrace with sea views and a table and chairs. The lower level has a sitting area, a bathroom and access to a large terrace with wonderful sea and mountain views.

Downstairs also has two levels. On the top level is a large American kitchen with all the facilities that you need and a dining area. It has a door onto a large patio with tables and chairs for alfresco eating. There is also plenty room to store a kayak or bicycles.

From the dining area stairs lead down to a large sitting area that has a library of guidebooks and reading books. This level also has a study area, another bedroom and a second bathroom.

The village is quiet even in high season and is ideal for walkers and mountain bikers as there are many wonderful walks and trails starting directly from the house.

It is within 5 minutes driving distance to either San Jose or Rodalquilar with all their restaurants, bars and fabulous beaches.

Casa Bonita is an ideal location for a peaceful holiday. You can escape all the holiday excitement, yet can also be part of it when you feel like it. A piece of paradise, as one guest called it.

Séjour parfait à Presillas Bajas. La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Echanges faciles et efficaces avec le propriétaire. Effectivement pas de clim mais ce n'est pas un problème même en Aout. Un avis mentionne un grand nombre de "bichos"... Bon.... Quelques mouches un peu gênantes mais rien de terribles (et puis est-ce vraiment un élément descriptif de la maison ? On peut imaginer que cela dépend fortement de la période...) A recommander en tout cas pour les gens souhaitant séjourner dans le parc et qui ne veulent pas le monde de San Jose; Las Negras et cie...

Casa muy bonita pero muy complicada para dormir

La casa está bien equipada, bien ubicada y es muy bonita, como en las fotos y con una terrazas maravillosas, pero tiene dos dificultades que a nosotros nos han incomodado muchísimo. La primera que al estar llena de ventanas sin persianas se hace imposible dormir con tanta luz. Olvídate de la siesta en verano y prepárate para despertarte pronto. A esto se suma que al abrir las ventanas para intentar generar corriente (porque ya sabíamos que no tenía aire acondicionado), te pasas el rato de "descanso" matando bichos (avispas, moscas, polillas, arañas etc). Por eso, tienen muchos aparatos eléctricos antimosquitos, pero es imposible luchar contra la naturaleza. Un aire acondicionado y unas persianas harían que la casa fuese maravillosa.

un privilegiado refugio en un lugar de encanto

La casa de Jürgen ha sido una sorpresa, ya que ninguna de las fotos que vimos antes de llegar daba fe del mágico juego espacial de su interior. Modesta y a la vez muy generosa, la casa ofrece un refugio ideal frente a las calores o los vientos, convirtiéndose en un mirador en las noches tranquilas. La cercanía de las playas es indiscutible, mientras que el ajetreo vacacional queda a lo lejos. Presillas bajas es un hogar con familias, niños jugando, charlas y paz que nos regalaron un sentimiento de serenidad vernácula muy ajeno a las usuales experiencias veraniegas. Jürgen es un huésped muy cuidadoso y amable. Nos ha encantado conocerle y no dudaremos en volver, aunque nuestros hijos nos estén insistiendo por el momento en ir por fin al norte de Europa... Afortunadamente nos queda algo de tiempo hasta las próximas vacaciones.

schönes Haus in perfekter Ausgangslage für Strände und Wanderungen am Cabo de Gata

Das Haus ist wunderbar geräumig , tolle Küche, alle notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden, die Terassen bieten herrliche Aussichten. Wir haben die lauen Abende auf der Terasse sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt im Herzen von Cabo de Gata wodurch man wunderbar in alle Richtungen ausstömen kann um die Gegend/Strände/Berge zu erkunden. Wir waren zum 4.Mal in der Region und haben uns nicht nur wegen der tollen Architektur des Hauses sondern auch wegen der Lage dafür entschieden. Einziger negativer Beigeschmack war, dass am unbewohnten Nachbargrundstück ein noch ziemlich junger Hund in erbärmlichen Verhältnissen (Bretterverschlag) gehalten wird und dieser vor allem früh morgens, abends und auch nachts laut heult. Man muss kein fanatischer Tierschützer sein dass einen das mit der Zeit ziemlich mitnimmt. Hoffe hier können die Vermieter - eventuell durch einschalten des Tierschutzes Spanien - bald etwas erreichen.

gute Wahl

Das Haus ist sehr aesthetisch und geräumig (noch größer, als es auf den Bildern aussieht) und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Auf den zwei Terassen hatte man den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen tollen Blick (unter anderem auf einen kleinen Berg direkt hinter dem Haus). Auch die Lage war für uns ideal, weil man es mit dem Auto weder nach Isletta (der hübscheste Ort der Gegend), als auch zu den schönsten Strände und einigen netten Spazierwegen sehr weit hatte. Zwar hat der Ort selbst keine Infrastruktur wie Läden oder Bars, dafür aber absolute Ruhe, und wie gesagt, bis in die nächsten Orte ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren. vor allem in der Hochsaison, wenn es sicher überall sonst überlaufen ist, hat man hier sicher noch ein wenig Ruhe. Unsere Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es gab also nichts zu bemängeln!
