Estancia relajante y con mucha paz

La casa es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de unos dias de paz. Lo mejor: comer en la terraza mientras se difruta de las vistas y del acogedor apartamento. ¡Repetiremos!

Could have been a wonderful stay

Prior to arrival all communications were very good, on arrival we were shown round the apartment and our first impressions were not great. After Jose had left my wife swept and mopped out the whole apartment this had not been done prior to our arrival, we contacted the owner and explained that we would clean the apartment ourselves for the rest of the stay (35 nights). On further inspection we found a catalogue of annoying faults, the washing machine door hanging loose, the fridge freezer doors marked and rusty, the shelf holding the microwave chewed, grimy surfaces, crockery chipped and broken and then glued back together. Both showers were very small and the apartment had very poor water pressure, unable to use the bathroom if the washing machine was in use.The socket in the kitchen for the kettle not fixed to the wall,no receptacle for toilet paper. I fully appreciate that it is someone's home but it should meet a standard that is acceptable to renters, it could do with dragging into 2023 instead of remaining in the 1980's . The only saving grace was the outside area, it was absolutely great, great views and full sun. I have never had to write such a poor review, we have stayed in hundreds of rented properties, it leaves me feeling very uncomfortable however, if it helps others make a decision about staying here and the owner change things to make improvements to the apartment then I am happy to write it. San Jose is a gem, I cannot say the same about the apartment.

Preciosas vistas y muy buena ubicación

Apartamento un poquito antiguo pero muy acogedor, que da el servicio necesario para estar a gusto y, sobre todo, destacable por las vistas maravillosas. Está muy cerca del pueblo y del camino a Mónsul y Genoveses. Seguramente repetiremos en cuanto podamos.
