In the heart of the Natural Parc of Cabo de Gata, in the little resort of San José, apartment of 75m2 with a large terrace of 25m2 overhanging the see with panoramic views on the bay of San José.
The apartment includes one large lounge/dining room with open plan fitted kitchen, two large bedrooms (one double bed, two individual beds + possible additional bed), one full bathroom. It comes completely furnished (tv, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, kitchen utensils, household linen, hammock, etc.)
15 minutes walk from shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from one of the family beaches of San José, 15 minutes walk from the virgin beaches of Los Genoveses and Monsul by a little path along the cliff (also accessible by road).

Nice flat with great views

Great location with amazing view. The flat smells funny, it needs to be ventilated (the cupboards, other furniture, blankets..). The toaster does not work. it is also a pity that there is no wifi service in the flat. The instructions of how to find the appartment (the street number) are not accurate so it took us a while to find it. It can be a real problem of you have happen to arrive late at night.

I am surprised that you found it difficult to access with my instructions as I usually don't have any problem with other renters. In any case, I am always reachable by phone or Jose. Regarding ventilation, due to the location in front of the see, there may be some humidity depending on the weather and season, but the apartment is fully cleaned and ventilated between each renter.

Lo bueno. El apartamento està en una zona tranquila y con unas vistas espectaculares. Y muy cerca de La playa de los Genoveses. Lo malo. En la cocina, lo justo. La encimera calienta poco, no hay horno. No habia sal, aceite, ni servilletas, sólo menaje, tostadora, microondas y calentador de agua. En la ducha el desagüe no tragaba bien. Y en la terraza hace falta una sombrilla. En general necesita renovación de algún mobiliario y detalles que faciliten tu estancia.

Una ventana al Cabo de Gata y al mar

El apartamento está en una zona privilegiada de San José, tranquila, a 15 minutos de la playa de Los Genoveses andando y con el mar delante. La terraza es más espectacular de lo que se aprecia en las fotos y hay sol dese el amanecer hasta media tarde. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y la cocina está equipada. Leider etwas runtergekommen

Leider gab es einige Mängel, über manches konnte man hinwegsehen- wie kaputter Toaster und alte Möbel. Störend waren die Matratzen, da spürte man die Federn und schlafen ging ohne Polsterung (mit muffelig riechenden Decken, die wir erst waschen mussten) so gut wie gar nicht. Diese müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Man merkt, dass hier die Wohnung leider nicht gepflegt wird- stinkender Staubsauger, nasse und sehr alte Putzlappen laden nicht zum sauber machen ein, lockere Duschhalterung, kaputte Glühbirnen ohne Ersatz, Sperrmüll mit verdreckten Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel im muffeligen Wandschrank, etc. Schade für die tolle Lage der Wohnung - diese ist wirklich super. Wollte eigentlich nicht öffentlich dieses schreiben aber da einiges schon vor Jahren negativ bewertet wurde und es nicht behoben wurde habe ich mich doch für die öffentliche Kritik entschieden. Vielleicht passiert jetzt was.

Der Toaster wurde am selben Tag ausgetauscht, als der Kunde uns mitteilte, dass er nicht mehr funktionierte. Die Bettdecken wurden regelmäßig gewaschen. In Anbetracht der Jahreszeit und der Tatsache, dass die Wohnung einige Wochen geschlossen war, ist es möglich, dass sie etwas Feuchtigkeit aufgenommen haben, wie es an der Küste oft der Fall ist. Wenn der Kunde uns darüber informiert hätte, hätten wir ihm neue bringen können, wie wir es mit dem Toaster getan haben. Die Matratze wurde vor kurzem ausgetauscht. Es tut mir leid, diesen negativen Kommentar zu lesen, während ich mit dem Aufenthalt in Kontakt war, während ich jederzeit erreichbar war.

Die FeWo ist etwas alternativ eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts und die Whg wird durch die große Terrasse stark aufgewertet. Sie ist groß genug wenn man zu Viert reist. Der Ort "San Jose" ist sehr klein, bietet aber zahlreiche Möglichkeiten direkt los zu wandern in die traumhafte, naturnahe Landschaft des Naturparks.

Adorable and gorgeous view!

The place was super cute, we absolutely loved the deck view and the beach was a short hike away. We were able to swim a little even in late November and the stargazing was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend!

Super vue

Super situation. Nous avons loué fin juin donc pas de problème pour se garer dans la rue. Appartement bien agencé et équipé ( sauf extérieur : parasol inadapté, vieille table et peinture de façade écaillée) avec une très belle vue sur la baie de San José. Nous avons trouvé que les photos de l’annonce ne correspondent pas à l’annonce pour l’extérieur.

Muy buenas vistas, son lo mejor de todo. Pudimos ver bastantes delfines desde la terraza al atardecer. Para ir al centro del pueblo es recomendable ir en coche. Sofia, la dueña muy atenta a cualquier necesidad.Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Las vistas al mar desde el patio son una pasada. Se puede ver el amanecer y el paisaje es maravilloso. La casa es acogedora y lo suficientemente grande como para 3-4 personas. Lo único negativo es que las camas pequeñas no son muy cómodas como han dicho otras personas. Aparte de ese detalle, nuestro trato con la anfitriona y nuestra estancia en la casa fueron geniales.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt..alles war super, der Blick aufs Meer (angegeben ist Blick aufs Gebirge) war eine tolle Überraschung.. :) , gut ausgestattet, tolle Infos für die Umgebung..der Bäckerwagen kommt leider nicht täglich vorbei (vielleicht nur im Sommer?), Aber wir haben mit dem Auto einen Bäcker im Ort gefunden. Bitte schreiben Sie in Ihre Beschreibung nicht für Gehbehinderte Menschen und Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet..25 Stufen bis zur 2. Etage und eine sehr bergige steile Umgebung, ist dazu nicht geeignet. (Mein Vater ist gehbehindert und das war ohne Aufzug schon eine Quälerei, täglich mehrmals die Stufen hoch und runterzusteigen- wir hätten nicht gebucht mit dieser Info)

Lo mejor del apartamento es sin duda su situación, zona que ya conocíamos desde hace algunos años, por lo tranquila y las vistas que tiene. lo único mejorable, por decir algo, son la cama de matrimonio que tiene el colchón y las almohadas bastante flojos, por lo demás muy bien.
