Gorgeous three bedroom, three bath spacious condo, on the third level (elevator for convenience), fully furnished with linens/towels, and a fully equipped kitchen., and a full size washer/dryer..

The large kitchen and great room have unobstructed views of the beach. Sleeping 8, this 3 bedroom condo offers plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom has a King bed and a private bath with jetted tub and all tile walk in shower. There are 2 guest rooms; a King bed in one and a Queen bed with private bath in other. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset and you can go straight down to the beach through a staircase from your balcony. A wonderful outdoor living space for the entire family, day or night.

You can relax on your private balcony watching the spectacular sunsets, and watch the dolphins playing in the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Just minutes from Seaside, Rosemary Beach, shopping, and dining.

Easy access to a seventeen mile bike path, with fantastic views of the coastal dune lakes (only a few exist in the world), and forest bike trails, taking you through intriguing flora, and fauna.

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and 3 bedrooms accommodated us well. Being on the beach was a definite plus. Amenity, notably the kitchen, could use updating but overall met our needs. Can definitely see ourselves going back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved our stay. Candy was very helpful. The unit itself needs a deep clean. Smells of mold especially in cabinets so we didn’t put anything in them. A few kitchen cabinets had very bad mold smell, we were afraid to use anything in them. Bought paper goods and washed anything we used first. Handle on sliding door broke off mid stay.

Awesome Condo!

The property managers were very helpful and friendly. The ice maker is a huge bonus as is the garage parking!

Great location

Most everything was wonderful with a few exceptions. Door knob would lock but jiggle it and the door would opened. Towel rack kept falling off wall. When we arrived the air was off and it was 80+ degrees inside. It took all night and into the morning to cool down. But you can’t beat the view and the private beach is a game changer
