Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir, Ehepaar 66/67 mit Hund, haben uns in diesem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig und das Grundstück ist gepflegt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer mit toller Terrasse

Wunderschönes Haus mit Charakter und parkartigen Garten direkt am Meer, Schlafzimmer und Bäder gut, in der Küche alles Notwendige vorhanden. Sehr großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Küchenschränke gehören allerdings gereinigt (Stockflecken). Ein Grill wäre schön gewesen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schmutzig und heruntergekommen

Das Haus ist leider ziemlich heruntergewirtschaftet und dreckig. Alle im Inserat aufgeführten Geräte sind vorhanden und funktionieren aber die Schränke/Schubladen sind noch voll mit den Besitztümern der ursprünglichen Bewohner, wurden wohl nie ausgeräumt. Die Betten im oberen Stockwerk sind leider uralt und komplett durch. Das Sofa riecht unangenehm nach Urin und ein Holzscheit muss als Stütze dienen, da es wohl altersbedingt zusammengebrochen ist. Aus dem Keller riecht es außerdem leider stark nach Schimmel. Das komplette Haus müsste dringend einmal gründlich gereinigt werden. Für den verlangten Mietpreis stimmt die Leistung leider nicht.

Ein traumhaftes Haus in einem Parkähnlichen Garten

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Mooie locatie, maar huis erg vies

Het huis was erg vies bij aankomst. O.a. douche vol haren, rioollucht, kruimels op bank en stoelen en bloedvlekken op matras. Beheerder (Littoral Services) hebben we niet kunnen bereiken. Reageert niet. Het huis heeft duidelijk te lijden onder de verhuur en onderhoud is noodzakelijk. Mooie locatie. Je bent zo op het strand. Houd er rekening mee dat honden verboden zijn op het strand. Ook dichtbij Perros. We huren vaker huizen in Frankrijk. De prijs-kwaliteit was hier niet in verhouding.
