A Bargain for the Off Season this 1 bedroom 1 bath Villa is perched on the second floor of this 2 story building. There is a tiled screened in balcony that overlooks the 2nd green and fairway. The kitchen has all the appliances including ice maker. All appliances appear in great condition. This unit seats two at the counter for casual dining or dine on the balcony overlooking a beautiful golf view. The bathroom and separate vanity area have been upgraded in attractive granite and maple wood cabinetry. The Master bedroom features a Queen size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and dark wood furniture with light wood laminate flooring. The flooring, except bedroom, is tiled. A decorative rug adds warmth to the cozy living room. The living room has been fitted with a queen sized sleeper sofa and some great entertainment toys including a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. This unit also upgraded with WIFI for even more value and entertainment or stay connected to business and finances without searching for somewhere to connect in the village . All Ocean Village amenities are at your disposal. Remember - No charge for Golf during the Off Season. This building has no elevator. Condo is a walkup.
