Not what I expected

The location of this house is excellent and the hot tub is nice, but the inside of the house is terrible. It was built probably in the 70's with no updating. The house sleeps 12 but on the main level where you would gather, it is so small not even enough room for people to sit. The kitchen is so small that only 1 person can be in it at a time. No room to gather and eat together. The pictures are very deceiving. The carpet on the main level is so stained up and dirty. Not a relaxing atmosphere for a vacation!

Elaine, we are so sorry to hear that you had issues with the property you stayed in. I personally walked this property today and found that the photos on the website are very descriptive of the quality and furnishings this home offers. The kitchen is on the small side, but there is plenty of room for more than 1 person to gather and prepare food. The home does sleep 11 people, and the owner recently upgraded all of the linens to our higher quality white linen program. I did find, as you mentioned, that there were stains on one area of the carpet. I apologize for this. In my research, I did find that we were not able to get our carpet cleaner in to make sure this was taken care of before your arrival. We have since had the stains removed so future guests will not find them there, As you mentioned, this home is located in a convenient location in Vail and the hot tub is new having been replaced just last year.
