Three bedroom apartment, 110 sqm or 1180 sqft , First floor ( US second ) NO lift/elevator.

This apartment has a Parisian style. It is located on the inside courtyard of the building. It is oriented south with double-paned windows .

It has exposed beams as well as wooden floors.

The entrance hall gives access to a welcoming space that includes a kitchen - master bedroom - separate toilet and living room.



Bedroom 1 - master bedroom - has a queen size bed as well as storage space and make up space for madame. Electric outside shutters.

A large and modern kitchen with a table to eat at, features a fridge and freezer , a dishwasher, five gas burners, a classical oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a teapot and all items for cooking, As well as washer unit and another dryer unit.


Finally entrance hall opens onto a living room with 1 large sofa, a coffee table, free internet access and armchairs.

A corridor leads to bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 - 1 bathroom and another spacious bathroom .

Amazing Location, Great Host

As soon as we arrived at the apartment, we felt like we were part of the community. Louie met us at the door, checked us into the apartment and gave us a tour of the neighbourhood. We found the best place to buy cheese, wine, baguette, pastries, groceries and more. Le Marais is a beautiful neighbourhood and located close to metro stops for easy access to all of Paris. We stayed in the apartment during the build of the coronavirus and Louis was helpful and flexible if we needed to stay extra nights as our plans changed - he's a true gentleman and was great to our family.

Beautiful, French Apartment

Enjoyed a 6 day stay at this apartment. Louis gave us many suggestions on where to eat and visit. He was always in contact with me as well to make sure all worked smoothly.

Great location and plenty of room

We loved our stay! It was so nice to have plenty of room for our family of 5! We loved having plenty of restaurants on the street and easy to get around. Loved that it had a little courtyard that was off of the street and good security. The apartment was charming and fully stocked with anything we needed. Communication was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect! 3 bedrooms with 2 teenagers was essential!

Louis is fantastic and super close to everything. We were completely unaffected by the workers strike.

So much wonderful space!

This wonderful apartment provided us with a superb central location and an amazing luxury of space. The large, well-equipped kitchen was a special joy, since we could cook meals at home with ingredients from all of the nearby markets. With three good-sized bedrooms, this would be ideal for families traveling together, and was perfect for our vacation with another couple — no crowding! We had room to spare and a comfy living room to relax in. Louis was warm and charming and helpful with advice to deal with the transportation strike , which really did not bother us because we could walk nearly everywhere from this perfect location.

Great Service

We had a few problems which were seen to very quickly. These problems should be fixed for the next visit. I would give Louis and his team a 10+ and the apt a medium. Best part was the living room which was cosy and large. Would suggest a few reading lamps so one could read and view the large library. Also was not observant in reading the listing. I thought there was a commode in the large bath. There is only one.

Lovely!!

Our family of 6 had a very enjoyable stay here. The apartment was well equipped—most evenings we bought food supplies from several of the shops located steps from our door. Shops were abundant! A wee grocery store, butcher, bakery, chocolatier, boutiques. There is also washer/dryer to use. There was a cash check in fee that was a surprise to us as it was not mentioned online of 70 euros but Louis had arranged for us to be welcomed and shown around the property as well as the surrounding area which was in fact very helpful (there are front door codes and other things that are were helpfully explained by Eric—who met us). Louis is very quick to respond to any questions we had! And they provided maps and information about restaurants and other eats ways to explore the city (ex: Batobus was great). What a wonderful location to explore Paris! Only a short walk from the train station taken from CDG airport; metro lines; and walking galore near the river. Sad to leave.

Le Marais ~ 5* great for families too!

Louis was fantastic, great communication and extremely helpful booking cars etc when we needed them. The Apt is fantastic, very stylish and feels very homely. We are a family of six with children from 2-11 and it worked perfectly. The location is great. We had such a lovely time and Louis went above and beyond to make outlet stay great and comfortable.

Great location

Everything you need on the same block - bakery, cheese shop, wine shop, grocery, butcher and fishmonger. Multiple metro stations within 5-7 minute walk. Apartment is extremely quiet and a great size by Paris standards. Quite charming with a large kitchen and separate washer and dryer. The kitchen could use a good knife and the master bed mattress is on the soft side. Other mattresses are nice and firm. Louis is very responsive and will take of anything you might need - thank you for a great stay!

Charming Apartment in a Great Location!

This apartment was a great home base for my spouse, 3 adult children and myself! It was spacious and welcoming. I did make a few suggestions to the property manager on improvements that we think could/should be made.

A Gem!

This place was absolutely charming, as were the hosts! It was our first trip to Paris, with our family of four (two adults, two teens), and the apartment was a perfect oasis after long days of sightseeing. Because it is so centrally located, we were also able to stop "home" during the day, as needed. The hosts made sure that we were well stocked with everything we needed. I mean everything! The bedding is wonderfully comfortable. Furnishings are high quality and unique. The kitchen is large, as advertised. The entire apartment is spacious yet cozy. We also felt secure, with a locked entrance to the building. There was a grocery store a few doors down in one direction, and an incredible bakery steps away the other direction. Louis and Eric also had great insider tips about where to go and the best ways to see the city. This apartment and our hosts really made our trip to Paris into an incredible experience. We hope to stay there again!
