What makes this property unique is the combination of being right in the city center, but yet totally quiet and calm. From the apartment you hear absolutely no street noise. Is this possible? Yes, come and see for yourself!

Why they chose this property

What is absolutely unique with my Apt. 11 is that it is right in the city centre - walking distance to all the inner city tourist sites and with Palace Hofburg at your feet - at the same time it is totally quiet and calm. And you can sit outside in a small GARDEN of 17m2 to enjoy breakfast in the green, or a glass of wine to enjoy the last relaxing hours of the day.
