We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea. The condo was perfect for our family. The children loved the pool and playground. And the walk to the beach was easy and not very far. We hope to stay there again soon!

Great beach condo

Condo was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and had a lot of beds so no one had to share. Would definitely recommend for a family or group of people. The location is close to the beach but in a quieter area. If you are looking for a beach stay away from the crowds this is the perfect place to stay!

Perfect stay!

Another wonderful week staying at RFV! The actual condo unit along with the entire property are well maintained. We enjoy the proximity to local restaurant and also easy access to the private deeded beach access. We will be back next year for our 5th year! Also renting through Coastal Dreamin has been a smooth process. They are very direct and clear with information and communication prior to and throughout the stay.

Perfect Location

This was part of two units we rented for a family get together. The location to the beach, a few restaurants and bars was perfect. I was impressed with the size of this unit and the entire property. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property to gather with friends. Location is convenient to Grayton, Seaside and Gulf Place. Beaches were great and the restaurant at the property had a band every night we were there.

I love the condo and the location. Bunk room beds were shaky and one ladder is broken. On our last night we noticed fly like bugs in living room. We sent info to property mgr so hopefully will be addressed quickly. Would go to same complex again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Unit was spotless. My only suggestion would be to provide more communication on where the beach access is & where to dispose trash. I had to ask other residents to find out.

Needs maintenance

Was disappointed with Coastal Dreaming because of a lack of responsiveness, they don't answer their phones and don't return phone calls. Apparently email is the only way to reach them. They gave us the wrong access codes so we couldn't even get into the parking garage. We never received a working code for the lounge during our stay despite an email request for it. The apartment is nice at first glance, but doesn't take long for neglected maintenance issues to arise. The patio door was unusable because the handle was falling off, the toilets in two bathrooms were disgusting, we had to scrub one, the other was just stained. The kitchen sink drains slowly and disposal does not work. The place also had ants pretty bad on patio, coming into kitchen and master bathroom. And there were no instructions on using the tv, while one remote was missing batteries. This place could benefit from some TLC.

Love Redfish Village and Blue Mountain Beach

My family and I have been going to Blue Mountain Beach for the past 4 years for family vacation. Three of those years we have stayed at Redfish Village. We absolutely love Redfish Village and Blue Mountain Beach! Vitamin Sea did not disappoint, and is probably our favorite condo. The balcony was one of our favorite things about the condo. The decor was great. The condo was comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend Vitamin Sea and Redfish Village to all I tell about our vacation.

Exceeded our Expectations

We had a wonderful stay last week with our family of 4 and another family of 4. The condo was larger than the photos showed and very spacious and beautifully decorated. Lots of seating and we enjoyed the balcony space as well. The Redfish Village property and accommodations were excellent, and the pool and grounds were well maintained and very clean. Our only disappointment was that the shuttle services were not running due to Covid-19 restrictions. That was a bummer as we had a lot of gear and small children to walk the quarter mile to the beach back and forth twice a day and were counting on having that available to us. But we made it work! Other minor thing I would mention is that all of the settings and temperatures on the stove and oven are rubbed off so you have to guess the temperatures. We cooked all of our meals for the week and burned a couple dishes while we were trying to figure it out. We cooked all of our meals here and there was a nice variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. This is a great unit and we would definitely stay here again!

Condo needed a few improvements

The oven temperature knob reading has numbers that are completely rubbed off, making it impossible to use. The sink in the kitchen drained very slowly and the garbage disposal doesn't work. There was hair all over the floor as well. The bedrooms were nice and the pool area was too.

We had an amazing stay. The Condo is beautiful and was cleaned exceptionally before we got there. It is a very close walk to the beach and the beach setup was a major plus. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved the location and area. Condo was nice overall but had some things that needed attention.

The condo was nicely furnished. The kitchen had some problems. The disposal was not working and the sink took a long time to drain, the oven/cooktop knobs did not show temperatures so it was hard to use either. Don't plan on cooking or baking anything in the condo. Also a lot of the kitchen items (dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans) were not clean. The benches at the dinning table were sticky.

Excellent Stay

Great place to stay, clean, beautiful and with all supplies needed. Would recommend checking in on passcode day before you arrive as they seem to be update often, which is great for security. One tiny issue, the oven does not have the degrees on the dial any longer. I did alert the folks at Costal Dreamin'. Very important to note, any call I made was answered quickly - excellent customer service. Will return again!
