Fantastic area with a lot of fun activities! Enjoyed the property, very clean, close walking distance to food/shopping. Enjoyed the beach and riding bikes around the neighborhood.

Perfect Location

This property was so close to the WaterColor Beach Club. It is located as soon as you get to WaterColor and the beach club was perfect. Our daughter is 4 and loved staying at the pool for kids and the beach. She rode her scooter to SeaSide to get ice cream and we sat and ate there since there are so many options for food. We would stay here again! The property was perfect for our family of three.

Fabulous!

The location of this unit was fabulous (walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach/pools), and the unit itself was really nice (comfortable, well-appointed, ample natural light, spacious, great outdoor living spaces). My husband and I stayed with our 3.5 yo son, and it was perfect. Having access to Camp Watercolor was the best part (the water slide and lazy river were a blast for our son, and the convenience of food and drinks by the pool was ideal). My only complaints are: that you can’t use both showers/tub at the same time without losing hot water; and though a coffee maker was provided, actual coffee was not (they may have communicated this in advance, but I missed that). Otherwise, the unit had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Location is the selling point

The big issue was that there is almost no parking available at the location as the proximity to the Watercolor Inn is merely steps away. The room provides you with parking passes, tells you that you’re limited to only two vehicles, and that you have to have the parking passes displayed- however there is no reinforcement for anyone else parking in your lot. So if you have nowhere to park because a large sum of people are parked there w out passes and not being guests, they can’t do anything about it and you’re just supposed to wait because “people are always coming and going and there will be a spot that opens up.” Secondly- there is a pretty significant ant infestation in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom. And upstairs the ants have made their way into the bedroom area and were even in our luggage when we got home. They’re sugar ants, not biting ants, but still not very ideal to just have them crawling around your clothing and where your toothbrush is sitting. Lastly- the “rent gear here” place is where we were suggested to use for our trip for extra bicycles, beach set ups, etc. We didn’t get the gear dropped off for us the first night correctly- they gave us the wrong bike as we needed one that could carry an infant too with the carrier on the back. And then they picked up our bicycles a day early too even though I was paid through the next day. So I had to reach out to them twice throughout the stay to have them fix what was going on. We have used 360Blue before for our rentals additions and it was a much better and more “true to order” experience. With all of that being said- the location, the beach, the pool, it was all so beautiful that the stay was still great and my company was even better. We will be back to Watercolor again.

We do thank you for your feedback and have sent your comments regarding the parking situation to the owner's association. We are obligated to follow the rules set forth by the association regarding parking rules. We have suggested our owners reach out to their association for future changes to the parking at the condos in WaterColor. We have also requested the association perform pest control for the building and our maintenance department has fully treated the interior of the condo with environmentally friendly pest control which has fully resolved the problem with the ants. Lastly, we have spoken with Rent Gear Here regarding your issues and asked them to make sure they are addressed appropriately. We were surprised to hear of the issue as they have always been very efficient in their service. Despite these issues, we are so happy that you had a wonderful vacation - the condo is so cute and well kept and in a perfect location.

Best Beach Condo

2 minute walk to Watercolor Beach Club. Huge unit with tons of natural light; brighter and more spotless than any of the photos. The stairs are pretty steep to the second floor so we had to watch our agile preschooler as she took a spill early on in our stay. Otherwise, flawless stay!

Great Watercolor condo with great location

This condo was a perfect size for our family of four. The location is great; we walked to the beach and the resort. We also walked to restaurants and nearby Seaside. The elevator was a nice plus.

Great Location

Apartment is very nice, actually better than the pictures. Steps away from WaterColor Beach Club. Definitely recommend. Perfect for couples or small family (like ours)
