The primary bedroom with a Smart TV, king bed and newly renovated private bathroom with walk in shower is tucked beside the kitchen - perfect for late-night snacks. The dining table flows into the living room boasting comfortable sofas, and oversized chairs surrounding a large Smart TV. Wonderful Location

Amenities and location was spot on. The condo was very clean and in very good condition. The kitchen was well stocked. We stay each year in the area and I would definitely rent this place again. Loved the time and the Watercolor pool/beach amenities!

Fantastic trip and location

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Watercolor at this condo. We could walk to everything we wanted to do as well a meals. Loved the pools at the BEACH club even though it gets crowded. Beautiful views!! Only issue is the steep price for beach chairs and umbrella 110-160 a day for 2 chairs. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for all the fun! Condo is PERFECT!!! One of our best accommodations.

This property is the perfect setting for rest as well as socializing. Close to the beach club, shopping (public as well as local shops). It was the perfect size for my two teens and I. 306 Blue provided excellent service.

Family vacation

We are a family of four with two girls 10 & 8. This unit was the perfect size for our family. The girls loved the loft and we loved the location it was in relation to all the watercolor amenities.

Condo was exactly as described. Great location with easy accessibility to Watercolor Beach Club pools and beach access. Loved the condo, new appliances were a plus. Bed was a little hard for our liking but other than that we had a wonderful experience. Will return and rebook again!

Cool Autumn stay

My daughter and I rented this beautiful unit for our birthday celebrations. This was our first visit to Watercolor and we enjoyed the area and especially loved the easy access to the heated pools, and the beach. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen appliances seemed new. All was lovely and clean. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

Weekend at watercolor

Location - home in general was perfect! I was a little 🙄- confused by the stairs to upstairs bedroom - not sure how anyone would get a suitcase upstairs - and luckily I don’t have to wander and find a bathroom in the middle of the night - if my husband was there it would have been a serious problem managing them.

Fantastic Stay

This was our first visit to the 30A area and it was fantastic. It is just the best beach community to stay in. Once here we hardly used our car. Walking to bars and restaurants. Each morning we walked for 6 miles on the beach, access to which was 3 mins walk away. The Watercolor Beach Club access was an added bonus. This was a great apartment. Comfortable. Stylish decoration. Great light and relaxed feel. Well equipped kitchen, although we didn’t cook that much. Lovely wine bar 1 minute walk away.

Great location

This is a perfect condo, located across the street from the beach, next to Scratch and a Candy shop. A 3 minute bike ride to the food trucks. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The stairs to get to the extra bedroom/bed are very steep and challenging for the kids. The master bedroom has a platform frame that they added a box spring too and then the mattress, this made it oddly high and difficult to get in and out of. The community pools were great for the kids. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful, as well and two bathrooms and showers. The outdoor patio was also a nice spot to relax.

Family Fun

This property has a great location across from the beach and among many shops. The furnishings were up to date and all basic necessities were provided. The beds were comfortable. The stairs to the loft are extremely steep and would be difficult for young children or anyone with mobility difficulties to traverse. We really loved being able to access the pools prior to checking in and after checking out to maximize our time after arrival and before departure on past trips and always planned our flights accordingly. We were disappointed in the changes that were made to not allow this convenience.

Great location. Porch with ocean view is lovely. Walk or bike everywhere. Access to watercolor amenities is nice. Perfect place for two people. Very clean, comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped. Didn’t use loft, but steps seemed very steep. Maintenance issue resolved within a few hours. Thoroughly enjoyed.

October 2021 Stay

the condo was beautiful but the shower/tub was awful it took a long time to drain out so you had to stand in your grim. I am 66 years old and only 4'11" and my husband had to help me in and out of the shower/tub because it was high was so afraid that I was going to hurt my bad hip
