Nice house of 130m2 completely renovated, with garden, 10 minutes walk from the historic center and 25 minutes by car from the beaches of Carnon, Palavas or La Grande Motte. The hinterland is easily accessible (Pic Saint Loup 30 minutes by car for example).
Located in the very quiet and sought after area of Boutonnet, you will have close to two tram lines and all the necessary amenities for daily shopping.
The house offers on the ground floor a bathroom with bath and toilet, two bedrooms, one with a bed of 120 and the other with two bunk beds of 90.
On the 1st floor you will find a large bright living room of 35m2, a separate kitchen that can accommodate 6 people, toilets, a shower room with washbasin and two bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 90 being able to widen of another mattress in 90.
In the garden a small above ground pool of 3m diameter will offer you a little freshness
