Majestic Beach Towers 2-403 is a stunning updated 2BR/2BA GULF FRONT condo that offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This lovely Panama City Beach condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunkbed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. Additionally, the living room and bunk room have NEW smart TVs! With brand new tile flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you will never want to leave.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.*

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. Relaxing Stay

This was the first beach trip that we had taken with our children and it was everything we expected and more.The place was equipped with everything we would need, had the absolute best view, and very welcoming. Even though the main street was outside the backdoor, you couldn't hear the traffic at all.Having the ease of the parking garage and pedway to walk across made it even better, especially with kids.We will for sure be back.

Majestic Towers is a great place to stay. Plenty for kids and adults to do. The beach is beautiful. Our condo view was perfect. The condo was just as described. Everything worked and the amount of supplies given were great. Hopefully I can book it again.

You can't find a better view in PCB! Excellent white sandy beaches that you can enjoy from the balcony or just a short walk away. Restaurants and plenty to do in a walkable distance or a short drive. We loved the view - couldn't get enough of it.The condo itself is aging, with many broken / worn items upon arrival and less than ideal furniture for long-term stays but the resort as a whole is comfortable and clean. The balcony furniture is not as pictured in the listing. Instead, it's a very large table / chair set that is too big for the space making it unusable for the most part. We enjoyed our stay overall, but would seek a more updated property for the next visit.

Spring Break Getaway

It was a nice condo. We had a few mechanical issues, but they were out the same day to fix the issues. It would be nice if there was an early check in possibility. The road was super loud during the night and a little hard for kids to fall asleep as people were yelling and had extremely loud cars/trucks that they would rev up. The beach was super nice. The pools were great as well. The outdoor pools were very chilly but all in all a nice place to stay.

Loved our stay!

Had a blast at this condo. The location was awesomely central, the pools, bar and onsite restaurant were great and the condo space itself was pretty. We really appreciated being able to use the condo wagon and chairs. Our one bit of constructive feedback is to second the earlier comment on the check in process. It is not super clear what exactly needs to happen and when a million people are checking in at the same time it’s super stressful. It seems like it’s be a simple add to mention that when you check in, you just go to the third floor of the parking garage, rent a trolley for a few minutes (since the parking garage is located across the street from the main property and you have to take a bridge) and get your wristbands and parking pass from the condo room. Definitely recommend this property!

It had its pros and cons.

The check in process was difficult. No where did it say parking was located across the street from the facility. When we did get checked in and into our room, it smelled of cleaning chemicals. There were no “extras” like coffee, salt and pepper, etc. we had to wear armbands which were WAY to big for me and I was afraid I was going to lose it. There was no direction on where things were (like the on site Starbucks). The location and access to the beach were fantastic. It was clean.

Cleanliness of Property Needs Work

The rental was pretty close to description. The furnishings were average. The king bed mattress and sheets were less than desirable. The real issue was the cleanliness of the property when I arrived. The cabinets had sticky residue dripping down the front. The bathroom had hairs left in the shower and in the sinks. Floors were still very dirty. I had to clean the unit myself before getting settled in.

Needs better care

View is beautiful! Nice building. Our room needed to be cleaned when we arrived. Carpets were not vacuumed, floors had sand. My children's hands & feet were filthy. Bottom bunk bed sheets full of sand. Jet tub shot filth out of jets. Master bed frame broke the second night just by sitting on it. Took maintenance two days to come fix it, said it was broken multiple times. White trim needed cleaning, bathroom vent had no cover. Water backed up in bathtub. Microwave was lose from wall. Overall nice location but overused and needs better cleaning service.

Avoid This Condo – Worst Stay ExperienceThis was hands down the worst condo I’ve ever stayed in.The living room furniture was filthy. Stained couch, disgusting blue chairs. We had to cover everything with spare sheets just to sit down.The dining table was dangerously wobbly and felt like it would collapse with any pressure. Several chairs were broken or had loose legs.The master bed was terrible. It sagged so badly in the middle we had to wedge pillows between us to avoid rolling into each other. No usable nightstand space, especially on the side pushed against the window.The kids' room was a joke. The bunk bed mattresses were so worn out even my 60 lb son was sinking in and hitting the side rails. Huge safety hazard under the TV — a broken metal shelf bracket sticking out right by the bunk stairs.Bathrooms had hairs left behind, and the walls were dirty throughout the condo.None of the doors locked, the kids' closet was unusable, and the TV blocked the closet door from sliding. The sliding door to the bathroom barely worked.The only reason I'm giving this condo 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the property management group. They were responsive, friendly, and stayed on top of communication throughout our stay. If it wasn’t for them, this would have been a solid 1-star review.Overall, the entire unit needs a serious overhaul. Deep cleaning, new furniture, new mattresses, working doors… the list goes on. For what we paid, we could’ve stayed in a much better

I do not typically give reviews, but I feel this is worthy. The condo was very nice, exactly as in the pictures. The unit was clean and everything worked properly. The only thing I noticed was the sliding glass door closet in the main bedroom is off track. Just have to hold it to slide open and close. My daughters commented on the great lighting in the main bathroom. There was adequate bathroom space for all four of us to utilize. Mom and three young adult daughters. The kitchen was very clean, had dishes and cookware, utensils. More than enough supplied. Took extra tissue and paper towels, but didn't need to use because there was plenty supplied by owner. The view from the balcony was awesome. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony and able to relax there and see the beautiful ocean. Temperature is easily monitored within the unit, so we were comfortable. The furniture was reasonably comfortable also, not soiled or torn. Worn, but in very good condition and tastefully decorated. The check in process was excellent, parking was good. Great instructions provided for everything needed. The communication was very good, just need to take the time to read and understand everything. I would definitely recommend this unit. This was a very good choice and plan to stay here when I visit Panama City again!!

PCB getaway

Started off a little rocky. We didn’t receive our door code when we were supposed to but one email to Real Joy Vacations and it was sent right away. Still there was a fear of something gone wrong after traveling so far. The condo was very nice. Needs a little TLC in places but that is to be expected from a rental. A great plus was the beach cart, chairs and umbrellas that were there for our use. Overall wonderful relaxing experience. Would definitely stay again.

Ovearll all a good stay.

We enjoyed the condo, it was nice. We were under the understanding that all the pools were accessible for us but some were located at the other tower along with the sauna. The beach was right outside which is what we wanted. The elevators were slow since there were only 3 for the entire tower. Overall a good stay though.
