T4 of 90M2 very bright with terrace of 40M2 full South / East spectacular sea view: Real solarium in the middle of the day !!!
It is rented with a fully private Mediterranean type garden of 300M2 facing North West on the back of the villa on the ground floor compared to the apartment. You will find its pergola where to have lunch, its swings and its bowling green: Bowls!
Inside, 40M2 living room with 6. 50M high ceilings, exposed beams, sliding picture window, opening onto the terrace. Apartment floored in bleached oak-Neat layout, quality wood / metal mixture. 3 bedrooms all overlooking the greenery. Teak bathroom-separate WC.

Beautiful apartment, great for families

We stayed at the Grand Pin apartment for a long weekend, we were two couples with three kids. Everything was perfect, the apartment is super well equipped, it is exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures if not better. There's a big private garden with a little house and swings for kids, the view is breathtaking. The location is very good. We would highly recommend it! The only thing is that towels and linen is not included and we didn't know until we got there! Make sure to ask for them in advance!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’appartement de Caroline, sa situation est idéale dans Cassis, proche du port, de la plage et des départs de randonnée. Une carte de stationnement nous a été prêtée. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique. La literie est confortable. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil que nous a réservé le gardien, extrêmement sympathique ! Quelques petites rénovations pourraient être à prévoir comme le mitigeur de la salle de bain et il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine… mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une très bonne semaine !

Endroit exceptionnel mais pas digne d'un 3 *

Très belle maison mais quelle déception à l'arrivée ! C'était sale , le matelas d'une des chambres était plein d'insectes morts , de terre et taché . Un volet cassé , fer à repasser sale et a taché une chemise qu'il a fallu jeter , toiles d'araignées dans les chambres, armoires et commodes sales ! Inadmissible pour le prix de la location !!!

Nous sommes vraiment désolés de la déception de votre famille. Nous faisons vraiment le maximum pour satisfaire nos clients. Un gardien est sur place pour répondre et pallier à vos remarques et à vos demandes. C’est bien la première fois en 15 ans d’activité que quelqu’un se plaint du ménage mal fait. Ne pas hésiter à nous solliciter dès l’etat des lieux en début de séjour si besoin et non en fin de séjour comme vous l’avez fait en réclamant une réduction de 50% sur vos vacances ! La tâche sur le sommier est d’ailleurs suspectée d’être la vôtre, elle est partie au lavage. Certains clients reviennent chaque année depuis plus de dix ans et il suffit de lire les autres commentaires pour se rendre compte de la qualité du service que nous offrons. Sans rancune, mais en vous remerciant pour votre franchise. Cordialement.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen im Appartement Grand Pin. Die Terrasse bietet einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer . Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man im Urlaub braucht. Unsere kleine Tochter fand den Spielplatz hinter dem Haus toll und hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett von Jules ich empfangen und während den Ferien super betreut. Charming apartment in beautiful village

We had a truly wonderful stay in the three bedroom apartment in Cassis. The apartment is a short walk to the port and has a beautiful view. Caroline and her on-site manager Julius were extremely helpful and nice. Julius picked us up and drove us back to Marseille airport for a very reasonable cost and also drove us to Aix one day which was just wonderful. The apartment is spacious and stylish. We didn't realize that we needed to bring our own sheets ( evidently a custom in the south of France) but there were sheets available to rent. Originally we were planning to to Paris but decided not to go because of the restrictions on renting apartments there. We felt that we had great French experience and definitely wish to return. Cassis has excellent restaurants, no chain stores to speak of apart from supermarkets, great markets and also the Calanques Parc National.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit Traumblick

Die Wohnung Grands Pins ist großartig. Geräumig, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Die Lage so nah zum Hafen und doch ganz ruhig ist perfekt. Kamin und das große Fenster zur Terrasse geben ihr einen ganz besonderen Charakter. Die Terrasse ist riesig und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf Meer und Bucht. Der Haushalt ist ebenfalls gut, vollständig und schön eingerichtet, alles funktioniert perfekt. Die Betten sind gut, die Boulebahn im Garten hinter der Wohnung macht sehr viel Spaß. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt, wurden sehr nett empfangen von Olivier, merci! Den vorausgegangenen Kommentar einer Mieterin, die den angeblich schlechten Zustand der Wohnung bemängelt, sollte man ignorieren. Die Wohnung ist wirklich großzügig, sehr charmant und sauber. Parfait et merveilleux! Merci!

Nicht sehr gut

Ich muss sagen, dass ich die positiven Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft nicht recht nachvollziehen kann. Es ist zwar ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage, und die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich auch einmal geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden. Inzwischen ist sie aber hochgradig renovierungsbedürftig und insgesamt leider gar nicht gut gepflegt. Angefangen mit massivem Vogelkotbefall auf den Liegestühlen und einem zerkratzten, verschmutzen, billigen Esstisch auf der Terasse - beides auf Hinweis von der Vermieterin mit Achselzucken sehr gleichgültig zur Kenntnis genommen- bis hin zu Spinnenweben an den Möbeln, schlierigen Fenstern, Macken und Schmutz an dem Wänden, einem wirklich grenzwertig eklig verwohnten Sofabezug, zerbrochenen, nicht ersetzten Glühbirnen, die, am Verstaubungsrad der Lampe ansonsten gemessen, auch schon längere Zeit nicht zur Kenntnis genommen worden waren, einem zerkratzen, abgenutzten, wenn auch ehemals wohl in der Tat hochwertigen Parkettboden, heruntergefallenen Dachziegeln vor der Hintertür, bis zu ungepflegter, erneuerungsbedürftiger und billiger Küchenausrüstung zeigt die Wohnung in ihrem aktuellen Zustand Lieblosigkeit und mangelnde Gastlichkeit zu einem ja doch nicht ganz günstigen Preis, der durch die nicht unerheblichen Nebenkosten (Bettwäsche kostet extra, Handtücher kosten extra, und das nicht besonders gründliche Putzen kostet auch nicht wenig) noch teurer wird. Es ist schade, denn die Wohnung könnte sehr schön sein, wenn sie ein bischen liebevoller behandelt und gepflegt und einmal gründlich renoviert würde. So ist sie aus meiner Sicht vor allem ein Beispiel dafür, wie Fotos einen Zustand vortäuschen können, der den aktuellen Verhältnissen nicht standhält. Nur die unzweifelhaft grossartige Aussicht von der im übrigen sehr ungemütlich möblierten Terasse ist den Preis nicht wert. Ich kann diese Wohnung daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfect place to stay in Cassis. We stayed in grand pin 2 and the photos don't do it justice. High ceilings, huge deck with view of the water and the cliff, lots of space for 5 people. Great location as you can park outside house and walk down to small beach or town very easily. Just be aware that you have to pay for linen and towels separately.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten mit "Grand Pin" die größte Wohnung des Ferienhauses und waren total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Ob Küchenutensilien, Liegestühle, bequeme Betten, alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Die Terasse ist wunderbar groß und hat einen tollen Blick auf Cassis und das Meer. Zu Fuß ist man in 8 Minuten mitten im Ort und am Hafen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, hier gibt es alles was zum kochen und trinken benötigt wird. Der Ort ist sehr schön, die Calanques ebenfalls und die Nähe zur Großstadt Marseille ist auch perfekt. Dies alles zu einem absolut fairen Preis, mit netter Vermieterin. Wir würden und werden wiederkommen!

super séjour !!

L'appartement est vraiment beau avec un emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied et une vue splendide sur le cap canaille ! Il est bien équipé, bien aménagé, bien décoré. Le sejour est super spacieux avec son immense baie vitrée qui donne sur la grande terrasse, un régal à ouvrir le matin ! La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et donne, elle, sur un jardin où on peut prendre les repas à l'ombre avec vue sur la pinède et au son des cigales… Marie-Caroline est adorable, est venue nous chercher à la gare et nous a parlé des nombreuses activités à faire à Cassis. Je souligne juste un petit point qui a été compliqué pour nous qui étions 5 filles, le débit de l'eau de la douche était vraiment faible, ce qui n'est pas très commode pour se laver les cheveux, ça demande de l'organisation ;) Mais ça ne m'arrêtera pas : si je dois relouer à Cassis je reviendrai avec grand plaisir aux Grands Pins !!

Fantastic Place and Location
