Lake front studio is located on 2 1/2 acres of grass and majestic oak trees. There are solar string lights in the trees that come on at night creating an enchanting wonderland. This lake front gem sports a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and Dryer. Luxurious bath with two person whirlpool tub and two person double shower head shower. Your own private deck to enjoy the sunset. Invite friends and family for s'mores at the fire pit. Come have a mini staycation . Take the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, or canoes out or bring your own boat. A Boat ramp is quite close. Run away from the hustle of the city. Watch the wind blow the water. Drift away with the clouds. Guest should know that we are in unincorporated Denton County. When you turn on Doe Branch Road you will drive past some trailer houses and junk cars. I share this with you, so you, might not judge my neighbors. It is extremely quiet and safe out here. If you are looking to escape the concrete jungle, then you have found your peace and calm. Located on Lake Lewisville; We are 10 min from Legacy West in Frisco. 10 min from the mall in Frisco. 10 min from the cowboys new stadium. 10 min from downtown Denton. 12 min from Prosper. 5 min from Aubrey. There are two short term rentals on site. Our property is 2 1/2 acres with the cottage on the far left and the studio on the far right. The owner lives on site in the main house.

This property was such an amazing, calm getaway after our wedding. We enjoyed the view and the swim in the lake. It was so peaceful to get away from the city. The studio was perfect size for us. This will definitely be on our list of getaway places.

This truly is a hidden little paradise. It is clean and I do believe it must be the Mrs who thought of everything one may need. The place was nice and relaxing plenty of things to do, which was awesome after my daughters wedding. If there is 1 thing to improve it's just the bed was really uncomfortable, just a topper on the bed will fix that. Will definitely return.

It was an incredibly pleasant place. One of the most significant things I’ve learned is that it’s incredibly challenging to find well-maintained, clean, and caring establishments when traveling with a dog. Since I always travel with my dogs, I’ve developed a strong preference for places like this. I highly recommend it. It was conveniently located near the water. Wish my dog Alistair loves.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The Studio was well equipped with all the things we needed to make dinner there at the apartment. We didn’t have much luck fishing but it was absolutely stunning on the lake! The boats were amazing to have to be able to go on the water whenever we pleased. Sunsets were breathtaking. Everything was very clean & maintained inside. We were a bit disappointed about the construction noise & workers present. We were hoping for a more quiet escape. It wasn’t the entire time but we ended up decided to leave during the day for other activities to get away from the construction of their new house on the property. It was just steps from the door of the studio where we stayed. It will be absolutely amazing when it’s all completed. Evenings were peaceful once the work had ceased. I am still giving 5 stars because it was an amazing place to escape to for our anniversary!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our two night stay at the Studio home. Very nice furnishings and fixtures, comfy bed, and the most well stocked kitchen I have seen. I believe the owners went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and then some. The view overlooking the lake was beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Married to the love of her life, Ken Garner, their passion is sharing their lake front property with others. They have two properties they share. "The Studio" and The Cottage". Both located on site but separate from their home.

Why they chose this property

In 2013 Ken and I were living in Frisco Tx. We both wanted to escape all the congestion of Frisco, TX. Too many people!! We were blessed to find this hidden gem located 10 to 20 min from everything . Located on 2 1/2 acres of mature oak trees and 235 lineal ft of sandy beach is a small slice of heaven waiting for your next staycation or get together with friends. It is our biggest delight to share it with you. We have two properties. The cottage and The studio. See you soon.

Our property is a natural habitat with all Gods creatures. If you like painted sunsets. If you like watching the wind caress the water. If you like Kayaking or paddle boarding. Sitting by a bon fire with friends and s'mores. Then our property is for you. Private beach and beach chairs. Hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet or close enough to all the action in Frisco, Denton, Prosper, Aubrey, Pilot Point ect...
