My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We liked that it was spacious. The place is right by the beach which was very convenient. Jeremiah was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you have a big family!

Family Vacay

Our stay was wonderful! Location was good ,view was good. My only downside is that’s it’s on the 18th floor and having to maneuver the amount of items we had for 7 people was a bit overwhelming. I would recommend for a getaway. Jeremy was very helpful from the beginning to the end.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed! The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach was just a short walk. Our two boys loved the lazy river and the pool just as much as the beach. The River City Cafe was also an awesome place to eat and it was right next to the resort so we didn’t have to give up our great parking spot! Communication with Jeremiah was flawless and we didn’t have any questions or concerns that he did not answer or address in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beachfront property to give this room a try!

Perfect! Amazing! Beautiful!

My husband and I came down with another couple. The unit was beautiful and the view every day was breathtaking! The very few steps to the beach made it all worth it! We had plenty of space for the four of us and we enjoyed our stay so much! Jeremiah was amazing to work with and responded if we needed him for anything!

Wonderful Lasting Memories

First time ever to Myrtle Beach with our family. Needless to say, Jermiah was an amazing host. Let us know good places to visit and eat. Property has a stunning view of the beach, and condo is very clean! Everything you can imagine is either walking distance or very close by! We had an amazing family vacation at this beach house! The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach and breathtaking ocean views. Waking up with a cup of coffee to the beautiful sunrises each morning was the perfect way to start the day.The house was spotless, spacious, and accommodated our large family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and spend quality time together. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—Jeremiah was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy.We truly enjoyed our stay and made so many wonderful memories here. We would absolutely recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place for a family getaway, and we hope to return in the future!

Looks can be deceiving

In description one would expect this prime location, would be a dream with all the fees paid for. Three rolls of toilet paper,one roll of paper towels and 1 garbage bag for 8 people for a 5 night stay. I was informed after that,these itemsare on you. Never have I been so uncomfortable on the sofa and love seat because it had no padding in the couches left. The beds were old and bed liners were filthy. Popcorn ceiling stains and vents very dirty and fans haven't been dusted. The plastic table on porch broken and cheep! Let's talk about property, very unkept. The pool and lazy river you are allowed to use are not kept clean.was alot of filth on the tiles. This property is a private owner on a very large all inclusive. You are not allowed to use the other pools and waterparks on the property. The cost in fees and cleaning doubled the price to receive no benefits! Bring your own toilet paper,garbage bags and paper towels. You will pay for a 5 star price for a mere 2 stars.
