You’re a short walk to the beach (guests love how easy it is to grab the wagon, chairs, and towels and be on the sand within minutes). We also include two bikes so you can cruise the island for breakfast or head to Paradise Grille for sunset.
What guests love most: -Quiet, off-the-beaten-path location in Pass-a-Grille -Walkable to restaurants, bars, and beach access -Beach-ready setup: chairs, towels, wagon, and bikes -Homey “old Florida” vibe — cozy and comfortable, not a new hotel -A binder in the home with simple help for everything (TV, local spots, rainy-day ideas)
Good to know before you book (no surprises): -This is an upstairs cottage — there are stairs. -The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. It’s a great fit for couples/solo travelers; groups of 3–4 work best for families. -It’s a quiet neighborhood and we keep things peaceful after 10pm.

Great location!! Very cute and cozy, just what my husband and I needed. Everything we needed for our few days there. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lisa for everything.
We loved the place! Host took extra steps for personal touches that we really appreciated. Lisa was great with communication and provided all information needed. A short walk to beach. Great location. Will stay again.
cute little home in a darling old style florida village. a block from the beach and great sunsets. Lisa was a good communicator and everything went smoothly.
My wife and I loved this place. The location perfect. Access the beach was outstanding and neighborhood was nice. Lisa welcomed us with wonderful hospitality. We had a great time and will be back soon.
These Bungalows are small, but packed with character and are less than a two minute walk to one of Floridas most serene, beautiful beaches. Owner was very helpful!

Thanks for your one night visit, Scott. I strive to provide clean, comfortable accommodations and responsive communication. Since I didn’t hear of any issues during your one-night stay, I am sorry to hear it was “just OK.” Wishing you pleasant travels ahead.
Clean and convenient to all of Pass A Grill beach, Dt Pete’s beach and surrounding area. Freebee picks you up and takes you back which is a great option for dinning. Host had all information needed for a great stay. Only small thing was 1 of the bikes seat was loose and kickstand doesn’t stay up so it was unbridle but all was great other then that.
It was lovely to be so close to the beach and to be able to take walks along it. The space is small, clean, and very functional. Thanks so much for a great place to stay. The neighborhood is still cleaning up after two major hurricanes, so most shopping and eating places are closed.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Everything about our visit was seamless—from booking to check-in to checkout. We really appreciated how clear and easy the communication was, and how just the right amount of information was shared to make our trip smooth and enjoyable without ever feeling overwhelming. The house was wonderful. It truly felt like a hidden gem - steps from the beach, close to the city, all while being in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We had absolutely everything we needed. This was our first vacation as a married couple, and the bar has been set high. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us. We can’t wait to come back!!
I have repeatedly visited the St Pete beaches and had always wanted to stay on Pass-a-grille. It did not disappoint. This is a community that still has the character of old Florida. Much quieter and less commercial than the other beaches. This little bungalow is cozy and cute reminding me of a doll house or tiny house. Pretty and a little funky, it had everything we needed. Our host was easy to work with and gracious. I travel with my service dog and there were other dogs with nearby guests. Everyone got along and had good control of their animals. I would definitely return here.
Wonderful house, great location, clean, updated, steps from the beach. Perfect. Rent it! However, the owner Lisa, is the real reason to rent here. Hurricane coming, mandatory evacuation, Lisa relocates us to another property further inland. She in constant communication with us. She was truly our guardian angle. Made this stressful time easier because of her guidance. Her properties are wonderful, Lisa's even better.
Stayed at SeaBreeze for 3 nights prior to a Western Carribean cruise out of Tampa. Nice, cozy cottage at a laid back location on the Southern end of St Pete's Beach. Great for bike rides and strolling on the beach without all the traffic found a few miles further north! Highly recommend a drive to "The Getaway" restaurant (St Petersberg) for lunch and kayaking amongst dozens of manatee, rays, and dolphins on Tampa Bay. Also don't miss the Apollo Beach Manatee Viewing Area on the other side of Tampa Bay (hundreds of manatee gathered there the day we visited in mid Feb)!
My husband and I were there for a much needed getaway. Everything at the cottage was just right. We enjoyed how close it was to great food and the beach!

Hello there! I take great pleasure in welcoming visitors to the lively downtown St Petersburg area! Whether you're here for work or leisure, I strive to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable stay.
I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.
I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.
I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. When you book with me, I'll be more than happy to share recommendations on places to visit and things to do. I want you to experience the best of St Pete and Pass-a-Grille Beach, so you can have a truly authentic and immersive experience!
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or specific requests. From manatees to museums, our area is bursting with exciting activities and attractions that you won't want to miss. I look forward to hosting you and helping you create unforgettable memories!
Warmly, Lisa
Why they chose this property
I love this beach house, & I love this apartment. I personally redid most of the place myself. We lived there for a while as it is such a wonderful area, however daily demands called me away from the beach so I chose to make life easier and move closer to my daughters' school. The beach house is within driving distance to my home, it's easy to get to from the airport and an easy day trip to adventures in downtown St Pete, Tampa or Orlando. The best part of this beach house though is the peace that it brings to those who live there, the shelling, walking on the beach or just listening to nature. I look forward to moving back in a few years but for now, I invite you to live in this beautiful setting and enjoy the comfort of Pass A Grille Beach.
Even if you only stay for a week you will leave with sunsets on your mind and the horizon and open air in your heart. Enjoy!
What makes this property unique
Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay, Pass-a-Grille Beach is a gem with water and white sand beach everywhere in an underdeveloped little island. There are ten restaurants that are enticing, yummy and only a few blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, the smallest downtown in the US which is perfect for strolling. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential beach- It is perfect for a life made for walking, relaxing, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the water, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset that has made Pass a Grille/St Pete Beach the 'sunset capital of FL the water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.
