The space was immaculate, comfortable and inviting. It was nice to have a/c throughout the day. Parking in the garage is easy and convenient. It was really easy to get in touch with the host whenever something came up. The area is walkable, and I didn't find it noisy at night at all. Would love to stay again.

Located in a very walkable are to several restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated with many amenities, provided. Host was very easy to get in contact with to handle issues and ask questions. Also, being in a gated secured building with a parking spot was definitely a plus.

Really nice apartment! Close by a supermarket, good dining spots and more. My husband and I loved our stay. Washer/dryer machine was a plus. Beware, the bed is a little uncomfortable for a side sleeper.

First time to Puerto Rico

Not knowing anything about where to stay safely, this location worked perfectly for us. Apartment was lovely, well appointed, safe surroundings, walking distance to good restaurants, quick walk to the beach and Uber was readily available. We did not cook, however the kitchen is well stocked to do so. Very comfortable stay here.

Nice place but sketchy area

This place was difficult to find and it was super loud because of where it’s located. The apartment itself is really nice.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am so sorry you got lost getting there. I have included a link in the instructions that takes you to the front of the entry gate. You could have contacted me, but I didn’t hear from you in your entire stay. I have never received a complaint about the noise. However you were close to a well known restaurant and bars street, but the apartment has well shut windows. I am glad you enjoyed the apartment itself.

The apartment was very cozy and accommodating. It felt like home away from home. Great location for shopping and the beach. The doors and gates took a while to figure out. Getting in with the host instructions were easy. Leaving, locking doors, unlocking gates to leave, etc. was a bit of a challenge. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Ocean Park gem

We stayed for 4 nights. Great location. You could walk to the beach and restaurants. The host thought of all the extras; beach chairs, sunscreen, bug spray etc. It had a washing machine and dryer and the host even left tide pods for it. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

First time to Puerto Rico

Great atmosphere and food in this neighborhood will definitely go again. Everything laid out very well but need some updates as left keys in lockbox as instructed but was not supposed to.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you had a great time and you are welcome anytime. I am so sorry for the mixup with the check out. The instructions are updated in the web, and for a few years we had no problem as most guests use the app for information. The place where you left the keys is a big red mailbox for the administration. The lockbox was a small box for keys that is no longer there. I am always available for questions.

Close to Beach

The property was great. Getting in and out of the building was a bit more complex. Street and driving conditions were less than ideal. Enjoyed the sun and the beach.
