Welcome to our Tempe home! This 1,900 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for families and groups looking for a comfortable home base with a great Arizona backyard.

The open-concept living space features an updated kitchen with quartz countertops and an accordion window that opens completely to the outdoor bar. Outside, enjoy the private pool, heated spa, covered patio, grill and firepit.

Families are welcome—we provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair, along with linens, bath towels and pool towels. The home also includes a garage, washer/dryer and keyless entry.

**POOL & SPA**

The spa is heated and included with your stay.

Optional pool heating is available for a flat $300 per stay with at least 48 hours’ notice. When heated, we target approximately 83°F and run the heater during daytime hours to maintain temperature.

During cooler months, unheated pool temperatures generally follow overnight temperatures rather than the daytime high. Even when Phoenix has beautiful 80°F days, the pool can remain quite cool after cold nights. Pool heating is most commonly requested October–November and March–May.

Please keep in mind that an 83°F heated swimming pool will still feel cooler than a hot tub, particularly on chilly mornings and evenings.

**GOOD TO KNOW**

• Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, excluding children, per local ordinance.
• For groups of unrelated friends, all guests must be at least 25 years old per our insurance requirements.
• The home is not pet-friendly. Please contact us before booking with any questions regarding animals or accessibility needs.
• During warmer months, the home can be cooled to 72°F.
• We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

**ARIZONA MONSOON SEASON**

Phoenix's monsoon season generally runs from mid-June through mid-September. Brief storms can bring strong winds, rain and dust, occasionally leaving leaves or debris in the pool. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and we make reasonable efforts to address significant storm debris between scheduled services when possible.

Absolutely phenomenal property! I’ve used Vrbo for over a decade and this is by far the nicest property I’ve been to. It’s stocked with everything you could possibly need from laundry detergent to extra paper towels. There were also games to play. The host is extremely responsive and cares that your stay is comfortable. I would definitely come back!

Great Stay!

We stayed at the property for our son's graduation and the layout was great for our extended family. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Check-in was easy, communcication was great! The property owners gave us a lot of information regarding the home prior to arrival which was really helpful. We loved the backyard! Home was very clean, lots of bath and pool towels provided. We were in town for a week in a very HOT spell ( even to locals ) . Not much to do outside , this place allowed us to swim and plenty of room to play games and reminisce with family . Spring training get away

The property was as nice as it looks in the pictures. I traveled with a group of 6 25 year olds and everything was perfect for us. Our favorite part was the slide open window from the kitchen out to the backyard with a bar on the outside. We used this feature everyday, and coming from the midwest, this really allowed us to experience the perfect warm weather everyday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Tempe! The house was comfortable with many bedrooms for our family. The kids also enjoyed the heated pool. The location was convenient for us as we have friends that live in Tempe but you’d definitely want a car to get around to see the many things Phoenix has to offer. Family vacation with teens

This was our first experience renting a place to stay through VRBO. The house was perfect and in a nice neighborhood. Emily and Joe were so helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. The house is nicely decorated, the beds are so comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The backyard is absolutely beautiful with a pool, gas fire pit and lots of comfortable seating. We would love to stay here again.
