With its 6 windows, this T1 is very ventilated and you will not suffer from the heat like in some small confined studios. The apartment has been completely renovated and offers high quality services for 3 people: Living room with 2 French doors opening onto the terrace with a new RAPIDO sofa (excellent bed for 2 persons) and a single bed. Possibility of adding a cot for baby on request. Connected TV. Fully equipped kitchen: new appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, snack plan. The canopy will allow you to cook while enjoying the view of the sea. Beautiful and large Bathroom Room with 2 windows, with shower; hair dryer and towel warmer; Storage cabinet. Large south facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture / loafers .. To avoid loading yourself unnecessarily: Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, beach towels + provision of cleaning products and detergents, basic groceries (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar ...); Games and books ... This apartment was awesome. We loved sitting on the veranda every morning to watch the sunrise. Although it is a bachelor, there was more than enough space for the two of us, and all of the upgrades and decor were well done and very chic.
The property had everything we needed and anything else was easily within walking distance.
We enjoyed the sandy Central Beach right across the street - very convenient!
The location of the apartment was ideal - was far enough from the street so there wasn’t much traffic noise, but had some elevation so the view of the water was so beautiful and relaxing.
Alexandra checked us in and was fantastic, as she gave us a ride from the train station to the apartment! Her kindness was greatly appreciated.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone and would book again ourselves.

Appartement bien situé, confortable et bien équipé.Point de vue exceptionnel sur la baie de Bandol.
La nuit, le bruit lié à la proximité de la voie ferrée n’est pas vraiment gênant, celui de la rue en contrebas l’est davantage d’autant que nous avons eu un temps exceptionnel et devions donc laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location, avec magnifique vue sur la mer et le port, tout est présent pour passer des bons moments et se détendre.
La propriétaire est très accueillante, compréhensive, disponible et de très bons conseils !
L'appartement est moderne, très bien agencé et équipé et bien situé !
Gezellig appartement op een mooie locatie, van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedbank is een beetje smal en niet heel erg comfortabel, maar dat is dan ook het enige minpuntje.
Situé face à la mer, un peu en hauteur, ce studio permet de passer un bon moment agréable sur sa terrasse qui bénéficie du soleil le matin et rafraîchit à l’ombre l’après midi.
Le passage de la voie ferrée juste derrière est une nuisance acceptable qui n’empêche pas de profiter pleinement du séjour à 5 mn des berges commerçantes de Bandol.
La très bonne tenue du studio, son équipement complet et moderne finissent par rendre le séjour reposant comme désiré !

Der Blick vom überdachten Balkon über die gesamte Bucht von Bandol ist wunderschön! Das Studio ist ganz neu, stilvoll eingerichtet, lichtdurchflutet und sauber. Die Schlafcouch ist 1,40 cm breit, sehr bequem und in 5 Sekunden einhändig zu einem Bett ausgezogen. Es gibt zusätzlich noch ein komfortables Einzelbett im gleichen Raum. Bad und Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail entworfen. Zum Empfang gab es sogar zwei Fläschchen Bier im Kühlschrank! Senseo-Kaffepads und Tee waren auch vorhanden! Perfekte Lage, leicht erhöht: Man ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten direkt am Meer, in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof. Wir hatten es sehr ruhig. Unten am Casino führt eine Straße lang und hinterm Haus passiert der Zug (fährt nicht nachts). Wir haben nicht viel davon mitbekommen.
Lucy ist eine grandiose und sehr sympathische Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns tolle Tipps zu Wanderungen gegeben und uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen und würden es wieder nehmen! Lucy, merci à vous pour tout. Vous êtes formidable!
Sehr schönes Studio mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer
Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Lucy war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Das Studio ist frisch renoviert mit -aus unserer Sicht- Sinn für das Detail. Es fehlt an nichts.
Man sollte wissen, daß in der Nähe eine Bahnlinie verläut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da tagsüber die Züge nur im geschätzten 30 min Takt verkehren und nachts komplett Ruhe ist.
Der Balkon bietet Rundumpanorama mit morgens Sonnenaufgang in Osten und abends Sonnenuntergang im Westen.
Parken geht auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück der Immobilie.
Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, werden wir gerne wieder vorbeikommen.
