Lack of attention to details.
Unfortunately a pre-arrival inspection would have mitigated the issues we experienced. After arrival the unit was cold and the heating system was not working. When contacting the Property Management we were told to use the portable floor heaters which was unacceptable. It required a HVAC tech to come out and re-set the system and then took some time to come on line and heat the unit. Too many lights not working, shower plug to fill the bath tub did not work. The hair dryer did not work and when the Property Manager was called we were advised that it worked yesterday, we were then told to search the vanity for a dryer that was dropped off to a previous guest? This required a dryer to be dropped off. Towels and wash cloths are worn and ragged. Hotel elevator worked intermittently which was extremely inconvenient.
Minor issues like electric candles which would provide a nice ambiance needed new batteries. Operational guide for streaming TV use would be helpful, bed side power strip and alarm clock would add to the guest experience. The parking guidelines we were provided conflicted with how the hotel handles their guests which is confusing . All in all a good location but too many problems within the unit took time away from our vacation. Will look elsewhere in the future.
