Beautiful and Bright Open Space

The property was exactly as pictured. The windows and skylights give that boost of sunshine throughout the house. This is an ideal vacation rental for family gatherings and sharing meals together. Fantastic house and location in NOTL

This house is exactly as pictured in the VRBO listing. Two private en-suite bedrooms are perfect for 2 couples. Easy walking to everything NOTL has to offer as well as an easy walk to see the river. The kitchen is well stocked for a few days as are the bathrooms which is very appreciated as some VRBO’s are not! Thanks Erica for providing this excellent property.

Great location, host (Erica) very responsive and helpful. Property layout, comfort and amenities spot on! Prepare to be "greeted" by an angry/yapping dog hidden behind the neighboring fence...minor annoyance. Would enjoy staying at this property again!!

This house was just right for four people. We have some mobility limitations and the all on one level accommodations were perfect. There are two steps to get inside from the back door, one of them about 8 inches and the other around 10 inches.

Just Perfect

We had previously visited Niagara-on-the-Lake and wanted to spend more time there and stay close to Queen Street. My wife and I, along with a couple who are close friends, stayed at the house. The experience was even better than we'd hoped. Location is ideal, condition of the property was perfect, all amenities were exactly as promised. We loved the patio area and the generous seating for the 4 of us in the living room. We are all around 60 and the two bedrooms, each having their own bath, was ideal. Beds were super-comfortable. There as not a single disappointmentall week and I cannot recommend this property enough for a getaway to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Just perfect!

Perfect getaway!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home in NOTL, everything about the home was as advertised or better! Erica was great and very helpful with suggestions on dinners and other local attractions. 2 minute Walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Golf course and Lake Ontario down the block. Could not ask for a better location. Highly recommend!
