2/1/25 NOTE: Spalling work on the ground floor restaurant will start the 2nd week of February 2025. Work will start from 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday (possible noise disturbances, jackhammering and drilling). The spalling work for this specific stack is expected to start mid-March and be completed by the end of April 2025 (no access to the balcony during this time period). However, the full building spalling project is scheduled for completion by late September 2025.

This great location is only a short walk to the beach, the Ala Moana Beach Park/Magic Island, the Ala Moana Shopping Center, and a wide array of Waikiki restaurants, nightlife and ocean activities. This Ilikai Marina Condos unit includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, one sleeper sofa in the living room, and a king size bed in the bedroom. There is pay laundry room in the building for your convenience.

Bonus! If your stay includes a Friday night, the best view from the unit's lanai can be had of the Hilton's fireworks. The fireworks occur most Fridays year round.

A terrific vacation location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was all that it had promised. The location is fantastic with shops nearby for cooking as well as lots of restaurant opportunities. It was very relaxing and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a car but also walked to fort derussy and ala moana because it's so close. We enjoyed our stay, next time we are in Waikiki we will definitely use Ali'i again. Having a full kitchen is a major benefit and very important to us when we travel so I would pick this rental over a hotel every time!

The view out the full wall of sliding glass doors was incredible. Watching boats come/go from the marina below, and crossing by in the ocean was cool. Fireworks on Friday evening will be memorable. Location, Location, Location + An Amazing View

We loved staying at the Ili'kai Marina, it's easy access to Pi'ikoi Street made getting across the island to visit ohana a breeze. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean and marina, perfect for watching the Friday Night fireworks show and evening sunsets. We will be back!

Excellent ocean view

The condo was very clean. All activities were close by. Taking the elevator from our condo to the parking garage was a bonus. The chart house restaurant is downstairs and had excellent food. The friday night fireworks were visible from our balcony. Excellent stay and would recommend to everyone! Ty!

Amazing location and view!

The place was clean and had everything for our stay there. The bed was comfortable and it was enough room for our family of 4. It is 5min away from stores, beach, restaurants and more. There was always someone available to reach out if you have any problems. I highly recommend the Ali’i Beach 5/5

FANTASTIC VIEW

This is a perfect condo for just relaxing and enjoying the sweeping view of the Ala Moana Harbor as well as the gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed and the King bed is very comfortable. The online pictures are very accurate and you can't go wrong staying here.

Torn plastic covered lumpy sofa bed mattress

Reviewer Comments: The apartment location is great the apartment was by and large clean (barring marks on a couple of bowls).The stay was booked and paid for 3 adults. The main bed was OK. However, the sofa bed was not just not made when we arrived, it had a mattress that appears to have come from a charity shop. It was covered in torn plastic and seemed to have been clubbed together with 2 uneven pieces of foam). Having 1 of us, uncomfortable spoilt the stay for us.Another issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom which is unbearably loud.

Always a treat to open the door and taki in the 180 degree view of Waikiki. One of the window screens failed and, that day, it was repaired. The repair staff called and shared that it had been fixed!The only unfortunate factor—NO POOL available to the Marina Tower guests!! A pool is a must. We purchased two beach chairs for the unit and other guests to utilize and walk down to the lagoon at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

wonderful location and great property management staff

Cozy well maintained condo in great location convenient to go anywhere. Had a minor issue in the bathroom after checked in and reported to the maintenance team via text message after it’s business hours. The maintenance technician (Rington) was great responded promptly and addressed the issue in the following morning with status update. The condo felt like home with great ocean front marine view. Very quiet at our floor (17th floor) and didn’t hear kids running around or screaming. The only drawback was the laundry not available in the room but at 8th floor and had to wait/share with other residents. Walking distance to the Ala Moana mall and Ala Moana park. We love the place and the responsive property management office. We certainly will return and rent other Ali’s Beach House properties when visiting Hawaii again!
