Waikiki Condo - Ocean View - Minutes from the Beach!

Aloha and thank you for checking out your home away from home in the heart of Waikiki within minutes to the beach!

You will be located in room 1630 on the 16th floor of an oceanfront condo that gives you access to a beautiful ocean view right from your own private and spacious balcony (called lanai in Hawaii). The balcony has a nice large dining table w/ 4 chairs to view the ocean while enjoying your meal. You will also have front row seats to a weekly Friday fireworks display right from the comfort of your own balcony!

The modern condo is about 620 sq.ft. (including the 120 sq.ft. balcony) and can accommodate 4 adults. The condo is fully equipped with a queen size bed and a double size sofa. A full-size modern kitchen with a granite counter, a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and more for your in-room cooking and dining pleasure.

The bathroom has a granite covered wall shower stall w/ removable shower head. Hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and 100% cotton towels are provided for our guests.

The condo comes equipped with:

• 40” LCD flat screen TV, cable TV
• free WIFI and hi-speed internet
• air conditioning and ceiling fan
• laundry facility down the hallway
• extra towels, pillows, linen, blanket,
• and 2 beach chairs, a portable cooler and beach towels provided for our guests

You will find yourself in the heart of the action with tons of restaurants and shopping, all nearby! They include:

• minutes’ walk to Waikiki Beach!
• minutes’ walk to fun-filled family activities at a salt water lagoon (viewable from your balcony) where children and adult alike can enjoy a tranquil wade or swim or try out an aqua-cycle or a stand-up paddle
• less than a mile away from Ala Moana Center, the world’s largest open-air shopping center with over 350 stores, including more than 160 dining options!
• less than a mile away from “Luxury Row,” with access to high end shopping and many international food options on friendly, festive and walkable Kalakaua Ave.
• less than 2 miles from the Honolulu Zoo and Aquarium
• the condo itself boasts two swimming pools, coffee shop and café, and a local favorite, Dave’s Hawaiian Ice Cream.

There is parking on the lots behind the hotel, on the streets and valet parking. Street parking is also behind the building from 4am-10:30pm. Valet service, for a 24hr period, is currently $45 with unlimited in and out privileges.

Do not wash off sand in any sink or shower. It will clog our drains. Rinse off at beachside or brush off before entering condo.

Do NOT smoke in condo, including balcony. Building code violation. Will usually be reported by our neighbors. $200 will be deducted from deposit.

CHECKING OUT: 1. Wash dishes and let air dry. We will put away. 2. Throw away excessive garbage into the garbage room behind the elevator.

Stop browsing and book this place.

What a gem of a place! For the price point you are getting a steal. During our week stay we were able to enjoy the fireworks and watch a Luau from our balcony. The condo is in a perfect position facing the ocean and have lots of shops in the lobby. The locking system is a little confusing, make sure you turn the lock when you leave, but it’s nice not to have a key. Also save yourself some money and park for free along the street. There’s free street parking along the river and side streets. We travelled with kids but 4 adults would be a bit tight with the couch pullout. We also went to the nut ridge luau. It was an amazing small luau. We had a great stay. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Could still do with some more updating.curtains on lounge area need to have sunblock backing like bedroom area,as they are about 6 inches to short.cups were cracked and chipped not very healthy.power cables to t.v. need to be encased,not left as a tangled mess on floor not safe if you have small children.

We recently stayed at Phi’s condo at the Ilikai We found it just the right size for us a family of three.The balcony was quite large and provided a perfect view of the Friday night fireworks.It was also well maintained and had everything required for our 9 night stay.We also found Phi easy to deal with and he responded to our questions and emails promptly. Great view and location

We stayed in Phi and Shinomi's condo with our 18mth daughter for 5 nights in November. It was perfect for our family having a separate bedroom for our daughter to sleep in during the day. The condo was fully equipped and clean. Enough bath and beach towels for two families. Overall a very comfortable place to stay in. Awesome view of the lagoon and beach, we were also lucky to be here for the Friday night fireworks from the lanai. The condo is well situated to the beach, restaurant's, shopping and public transport. We would definitely recommend for a small family or couple.

Pearl Harbor

We came for a purpose to see Pearl Harbor and to relax This place has a great view of the water and is very easy to get to, the host is great to deal with and just a great experience overall .
